Love the size of curls. I don't know why I waited so long to buy one. My hair is fine and the curls give it volume. Comfortable grip and smooth on my hair.

I really like the larger 1.5 inch barrel for beach wave curls. The heating glove reduces the chance of burns but I would give the glove alone 2 stars. The iron is fairly well made, has easy controls and works! Hope it works well for you. Peace.

Works perfectly. Heats quickly. Temperature easily adjusted. When it’s turned off the display screen IS NOT lit up like other products (which is super annoying at night). Has a cool tip on the end so you can hold on to it while using.

I love the iron just wish the handle part had a rubber grip as its slippery

My hair is wavy, frizzy (like in this humidity it is a puffy disaster 🥹) and holds curl like crazy once blow-dried. Normally a round brush gives me volume and bounce (the kind people think comes from rollers), but after a recent cut left me with medium flippy layers (read not wispy 😣) thanks to my scissor-happy long-term stylist who seems to be regressing 🤦‍♂️😭, I thought I would see what this curling iron could do to help or improve the situation in the meantime. It has a big, smooth barrel and honestly it is a dream to use. No tangling, no catching, heats up fast, and at 350° (it goes up to 410° I’m thinking — don’t quote me on that, but I don’t think anyone should go above 350° — just my opinion, not that anyone asked) it gave me effortless flips. Not really me, but it styled the layers into a full 70s/90s throwback very retro sitcom mom. People actually complimented me on the bounce and shine, even if I felt more throwback than modern. That oops my stylist went rogue look is not the iron’s fault it is the haircut. Features and Benefits of Note: Ease of use: Really smooth clamp, nothing snags, glides easily through hair. Heat: Fast, even heating. Did the job in one pass without frying my hair. Smell: Did not have that plasticky burning smell new irons sometimes have. Design details: Has a hanging loop for storage, which I am glad I clued into because it is much easier than putting it in a drawer, especially when you do not have space. While there is no cord management system, the cord did not twist. The on/off button is placed so you do not accidentally turn it off, which I appreciate. It also has a safety feature that turns itself off after 60 minutes, but I do not like to have it sitting around like that with nowhere to put it, so I unplug it, but of course I would like to be able to easily turn it off. Cleaning tip: Wipe the barrel with alcohol now and then to keep product buildup down, which also prevents smoke or smell from sticking to hair. Just to mention (but it may just be my unit): the on/off button was a bit finicky on mine. The one I got sometimes does not turn off right away. Could just be my particular unit. I usually unplug it to be safe. Not a dealbreaker, but worth noting. I like it. Glad I got it to try. Going to use it to refresh my hair in between washes and hopefully as my layers grow in the flips will be less flippy.
