I bought this wedge pillow set after my spine surgery, and it has made a huge difference in my recovery. The wedges being separate is quite beneficial. I can position the height I need, whether higher or lower, as needed. They are firm and of good quality. The little pillow comes in handy when you don’t want to use a regular bed pillow. I’m very glad I bought it.

Great wedge pillow! It’s firm but comfortable, keeps its shape, and gives the perfect support. The cover is soft and easy to wash. Perfect for sleeping elevated to help alleviate acid reflux or just relaxing. The head pillow is a little too stiff otherwise I Highly recommend!

This item is great. I got it to use to help with chronic indigestion. I have 2 places that I sleep, so it's great that this is in multiple pieces. I use the lower height wedge in my regular bed and the thicker one at the other place. I preferred the thinner part, but they both work to help reduce if not completely eliminate my indigestion. They're very comfortable. I think I might like a bit wider one, but for the money, these do the trick and the value is definitely there. The angled shape is just what I need for my condition. I like that the height can be adjusted. I'm planning on using the small pillow as a lumbar support in an arm chair. The covers are nice and well made.

If you need to sleep partly sitting up, this may help. Good for reading. It's very comfortable, firm and stays in place. The only thing I don't like, no fault of the pillow, is that I slide down after a while.

Pros: 3 pieces can be configured to suit different positions - this is a great feature. Cons: Too squishy, softer than my memory foam pillow from a mattress company and his memory foam pillow from Costco. My back hurts sleeping on the wedge pillow because it doesn't support the spine. I wonder if all memory foam wedge pillows on Amazon are this soft.
