印刷しやすく造形物は硬くかなりの剛性感があります。 が、0.4mmハイフローノズルでの印刷には注意が必要です。 200g程印刷したところでノズルが詰まり、吐出出来なくなりました。 様々なノズル詰まり解消法を試しましたが詰まりは取れず、泣く泣くノズルを廃棄しました(高かったのに…) 公式サイトではノズル径0.4mmから対応と記載がありますが、ハイフローノズルは内部でチャネルが分かれている(流路が狭くなる)ため、そこにカーボン繊維が引っかかってしまったのだと思います。 使用の際は流動性確保のため、少し高めの温度、ハイフローでは無い通常ノズル(硬化ノズル)をオススメします。

good product, make sure is dry. i printed thick and big ( like 1,5 kg of filament )part . Usinga small printer bambu a1 with no problem from new spool out of sealed pack. When i reprint it and changing to new spoll ( also fresh from bag) the first layes ( around 50 grams) was not printed nice, not good adesion leaving weak big line and scraping my part. Time and money to garbaget two days of printing and more than 1 kg of filamment. So make sure you dry it in box before and dont trust filament perfectly dried from factory

新品の状態から70℃10時間乾燥させてからのレビューです。 使用機材はBambuLab. P1S +AMSで、フィラメントのプロファイルはSiraya techからダウンロードしたものをそのまま使用しています。 印刷品質は良好です。これまではPA/CFをよく使ってきたのですが、湿度管理がかなり厳しく、印刷品質に強く影響していたため、代替素材として使ってみることとしました。糸引きがほぼなく(エクストルーダーの停止と同時にノズルからの材料供給がピタッと止まる)、層間剥離も(ファン不使用で)問題ないレベルでした。ここまでは優秀なフィラメントのように見えますが、問題は印刷品質以外で発生しました。 このフィラメントはPET-CF(PETG-CFではないもの)で、Bambu studioからは折れやすいので注意、と警告がよく出ます。確かに折れやすく、常温ではバキバキと手で折ることができます。それ自体は当初問題にならなかったのですが、AMSへ入れた後にプリンターへフィラメントを供給している際(新品時)、フィラメントの引き出し(フィード)がうまくできず、トラブルが生じました。 具体的には紙製のスプールとフィラメント(巻き)の隙間へ、(引き出す)フィラメントが食い込み、フィードできない状態に陥りました。加えて印刷停止してAMSからスプールを取り出す際、フィラメントがAMS内で折れてしまい、背面のテフロンチューブなどを分解して取り出すなどの手間が生じてしまいました。 原因はフィラメントの折れやすさに加えて、AMS側の供給ポートとフィラメントが潤沢にある(スプール内の巻き直径がほぼスプール直径に近い)時に限定して、かなりの急角度で巻かれたフィラメントが横に引っ張られる点です。急角度になっても通常のフィラメントは食い込むより横滑りしますが、このフィラメントは表面にわずかな凹凸があり、フィラメント同士が横滑りしないと食い込むようになってしまう模様です。 対策としてはフィラメントを少し捨てて直径を減らしてから使用するぐらいでしょうか。追記:AMSでの利用を断念しました。今は外部スプールから印刷しています。(フィラメント折れすぎ) ご参考まで。

gekocht voor 31,57 om te testen en het werkte prima dus eigenlijk 5 sterren maar wilde het een week later weer bestellen maar was toen ruim 21 euro duurder. Vandaar maar 3 sterren. Moet nu weer op zoek naar een ander merk met wel een fatsoenlijke prijs of wachten totdat de prijsverhoging ongedaan gemaakt wordt. De huidige prijs op amazon.de is nu 37,99 daar zou ik het ook nog voor gekocht hebben.

While this review is technically for the CF since that’s the order I selected to review, I’ve purchased both the black PET-CF and the FDE PET-GF from this listing. I like them both. The GF is a dream to print. Every bit as easy as PLA. I had problems with the CF and I think others have had the same problem with an excessively brittle spool that snaps in the feed tube, but I was able to fix that. I use a Centauri carbon with a .6mm nozzle and print directly from a Sunlu S2 dryer. First of all, SirayaTech says to NOT dry the filament right out of the bag. They say that they dry the spools before packaging and that too high a dry temp can initiate the annealing process and make the filament unprintable, so I took their advice. Like I said the GF printed flawlessly but the CF was horribly brittle. Siraya also says to dry your spools if you have problems, and after about 18 hours in a food dehydrator at 60c it’s printing just as nicely as the GF. But Siraya also says to print this stuff at 300 and that caused stringing so I’m running it at 295 with much better results. So if you’re having problems with the CF breaking excessively, dry it low and slow. I put mine in the dehydrator before bed last night, took it out once I got home from work, and loaded it into my Sunlu S2 for printing. So far so good. I’m halfway through the print and no breakage. Last time I tried printing this filament it broke on like layer 12. I’ll add that I also turned the speed way down, cutting it roughly in half in the slicer and then running the whole print on silent mode. Seems to be working great now and so far I’m extremely impressed with Siraya’s filaments. Great materials at a very reasonable price. I’ll be really interested to test this stuff head to head against another one of my favorites — Sunlu’s carbon and glass filled PA6. I think this Siraya PET and the Sunlu PA6 are both incredible values when it comes to high performance filament. The obvious advantage of the Siraya reinforced PET is that it’s almost as easy to print as PLA. I’ve never had issues with it tangling and the finished prints look fantastic.

Fantastic alternative to more challenging materials - I printed this on an open bed slinger (albeit in a cupboard with the door closed) and the prints came out faultless. It also has really good temperature stability - I printed a custom airbox for my car and it has held up perfectly in engine bay temps so far. Really pleased and easy to print with.

Das Filament wurde auf einem Prusa CORE One + mit einer DUROZZLE Diamant PCD 0.4er Düse auf einem Prusa Satin Sheet gedruckt. Die Oberfläche ist typisch für Kohlefaser gefülltes Filament, die einzelnen Schichten werden sehr schön durch das Material verdeckt. Die Druckhaftung ist hervorragend! 290° C Extruder-Temperatur 70° C Bett-Temperatur Über die mechanischen Eigenschaften kann ich bis jetzt keine Aussage machen, scheint aber vielversprechend.
