Also, they are good in quality without any other particles that makes cooking with them hassle-free. I used the quinoa as advised on the label- by rinsing it with water and then boiling it. They are healthy in nature- so I use them in several preparations and all of them taste really good. I will definitely be going for a re-purchase. I used to eat rice every day for years and now I have limited rice to once or twice a week and I eat Quinoa a couple of times a week. It's delicious if you don't think of it as a replacement. I started the gym a few months back and was looking for high protein foods and this is one of them so I gave it a try and to my surprise I liked it.
