Replaced a wheel and can now use the gtech again. Delivered on time

Delivery was later than predicted and in information about product there was no mention of a special tool required to fit circlips to wheel assembly. Now more money has to be spent to buy small circlip device to secure wheels.

Is not compatible With AR30 version A2 eg. latest model
The version on sale is for the earlier Air Ram vacuum. and does not the model above. I contacted Gtech about this as the correct wheel is not shown on their website. They have the wheels in stock and sell them individually.If I had contacted Gtech initially I could have saved the cost from first4spares as the the wheels from Gtech were FOCas the machine was under a two year warranty.I cannot fault the delivery / service from first4 however it would be helpful if they stated that their wheels for the AIR RAM are not compatible with certain models, hence the lower rating.
