Faster than advertised!
5 stars, but to fast for kids! Holy smokes! It goes 32 mph, not “22 max”, as stated. Yes, the little one with 16” wheels! 32 mph on speed 5! It ran 29 mph with me on it at 225 pounds.

The only way a adult could ride this thing as if they were a midget
Only way to pedal this bike if you're under 4 ft tall not sure why it is advertised as a adult bike very disappointed

Specs are all wrong
The listing information is all wrong (single gear, peak power is made up) and the high delivery fee hides the real cost of the bike. At least it was easy to put together. Still, if you're a person of a certain size and age, this will be a great first e-bike. I bought it for my 4'6" child and it's maybe even a little small for him. It feels built well enough that it'll hold up to light abuse until he outgrows it.

More bang for your buck
Exactly what I needed, a lower seat height that most others weren't close. The step by step instructions were easy to follow for assembly. Put it on the charger and by morning everything worked as expected. As the grandson gets older we still have a lot of seat height to work with.

If you need replacement parts it’s gonna be a long while.
It broke within 24 hours of receiving it. We bought it for our son as a birthday present and immediately got a flat tire. I took the wheel off and patched the tire. I will take partial blame that maybe I didn’t get the wheel tight enough, but the wheel slipped and the motor hub cable got caught in something and shredded the cable beyond repair. This is the 4th e bike we’ve had and the first one from this brand. I’ve worked on all of the other ones without issue so again I don’t know if I’m to blame or there is a quality issue. That being said I contacted the company in June for a replacement cable. They said i needed a new hub which they would send me within 20 business days. They would also send me an e bike lock as an apology. (The lock is maybe $5 it’s just a combination tube lock they sell at target for kids bikes) and here it is nearing the end of August and they still have no timeline on a replacement part. It’s such a bummer.
