I have always loved OP protein supplements and I recently switched to this isolate because the hydrolyzed version was getting too expensive with the inconsistent prices. Upon switching to this I was worried about my digestion but I honestly can't differentiate the difference which is a good thing. My stomachs happy and I am happy. The taste is good especially with milk but I usually just use water to save on the calorie count. Dissolves easily and does not clump. Still always recommend a shaker ball. I do believe it is an effective protein powder and very high quality. The calories and carbs are more than fair as well.

The quality if pretty good. The taste is ok, nothing great, but not bad. The mix is a bit watery when mixed with water, but thickens a bit when you refrigerate it. I really like that it is low cholesterol per serving.

The product itself is great. Quality item and flavor IS not as artificial as other brands; I have been using ON for many years. My problem is that I GOT THE WRONG FLAVOR; IT SEEMS THAT AMAZON DISCONTINUE THE FLAVOR THAT I CHOSE AND THEN THEY SEND WHATEVER FLAVOR THEY HAVE. I'm not returning the item because I will lose the promotional code that I use, and still I will not get the original flavor that I want it.

This tastes great with oak and coconut milk! I mix with 8 ounces for liquid. It is creamy and goes down easy.

Tastes good, pure, low carb.
