Dog Pee Pet Mess No Smell Apartment Self Clean Battery
I’ve had the Tineco VacMop S9 Steam for about 5 months now and overall it’s been a really good purchase for my situation. The biggest reason I bought it was because I have two male dogs and, since I’m away at work during the day, there’s often pee in corners when I get home or sometimes overnight while I’m sleeping. Cleaning that manually every single day was getting exhausting. This machine handles dog pee really well, even when it dries up and crystallizes during the day or overnight. Usually 2–3 slow passes in Max mode cleans it up completely. Max mode is honestly the only mode I use because Auto mode doesn’t feel strong enough for heavier pee cleanup. After I finish cleaning the pee, I usually switch to Steam mode to disinfect everything and make the apartment feel cleaner overall. If I’m in a hurry for work, I’ll sometimes skip steam and just clean with water in Max mode, and honestly there’s still no smell afterward. One thing I learned early on: ALWAYS run the self-clean cycle. At first I tried skipping it sometimes if there was “only a little pee” and thought I could just empty the dirty water tank and be fine, but eventually the roller started smelling. Since then I self-clean every single time no matter what, and I’ve had zero smell issues. The self-clean takes around 6 minutes and I usually start it immediately after cleaning, then empty the dirty water before leaving for work or going to bed. I also leave everything uncovered afterward so it can air out, although after the dry cycle the roller is already basically bone dry. Battery life has actually impressed me. I was worried the steam function would cause long-term battery degradation, but after 5 months it still feels strong. I live in a 700 sq ft one-bedroom apartment (only carpet is in the bedroom where the dogs aren’t allowed). After cleaning several pee spots in Max mode with multiple passes, the battery is usually still around 85%. If I steam those same areas afterward, it drops closer to around 65%. For my apartment size, that’s perfectly fine. It also does great with paw prints from pee. Usually one slow pass is enough. The biggest benefit overall is just convenience. Before this, I was constantly on my knees soaking pee with paper towels, flushing them, then disinfecting the floor every day. This saves so much time and makes cleaning way less stressful. Maintenance is simple too. After self-cleaning, I refill the clean water tank and empty/rinse the dirty water tank into the toilet. I rinse it twice and use the bathtub water pressure to remove the hair it catches. If you’re doing a deep clean, expect to refill the clean water tank and empty the dirty tank at least once or twice for an apartment this size. I also noticed the brush roller performance was better when it was brand new. I haven’t replaced mine in about 4 months, and while it still works well, I can tell the floors looked slightly better during the first month with a fresh roller. Still good enough though. As for the steam feature itself: it’s decent for loosening dried pee or stuck-on messes, but honestly I find regular water + Max mode works better for actually breaking up thick dried pee. Steam works best afterward for disinfecting. It does have some limitations when it comes to cleaning very tight areas like directly under the fridge or tiny corners near baseboards, but honestly that’s expected with a machine this size. In those rare cases, I’ll just finish the small leftover spots with a Swiffer mop because I like keeping my floors as clean as possible. Most of the time though, the Tineco gets basically everything on its own and the overall experience has been very positive. Overall, for my needs, this thing has absolutely been worth the money. It saves me time, keeps the apartment cleaner, and makes dealing with daily dog messes way more comfortable.

The Ultimate Tech-Forward Solution for Pets, Kids, and Large Homes!
As a tech enthusiast and someone who manages a busy household, I’ve tried several floor cleaners, but this Tineco model is in a league of its own. If your home is a constant battleground of pet hair, muddy paws, and snack crumbs, this is the solution you’ve been looking for. Performance & Tech: The suctions power is top-notch. It doesn't just push dirt around; it actually lifts it. The iLoop Smart Sensor is incredibly helpful—the display ring changes color as it detects the level of dirt, so you know exactly when a spot is truly clean. The Steam Mode is a standout feature, heating up rapidly to sanitize floors and tackle sticky messes without needing harsh chemicals. The "Family & Pet" Stress Test 🐾👶: This machine was put to work immediately in my home, and it handled everything like a pro: Pet Messes (The Husky Challenge): Having two huskies means constant fur and, more importantly, muddy paw prints everywhere. This vacuum mops up those prints in a single pass. Cat Litter: It picks up cat litter effortlessly near the litter box without spitting it back out—a common fail point for many other vacuums. The "Kids' Snack" Trail: My kids are constantly dropping crumbs and snack bits (crackers, cereal, etc.) all over the tile. This Tineco handles dry debris and liquid spills simultaneously. I no longer have to vacuum first and mop later; it’s all done in one go. Maintenance & Self-Cleaning ✨: The best part? You don’t have to get your hands dirty. Once docked, the Heated Self-Cleaning cycle takes over. It washes the roller and uses heat to dry it, which is crucial for preventing that "sour mop" smell. It’s ready to go for the next mess within minutes. Functionality & Battery Life: The functionality is where the tech shines. The iLoop Smart Sensor automatically adjusts suction and water flow based on how dirty the floor is. Battery Performance: I was worried about the cordless runtime, but the battery life is impressive. I can clean my entire ground floor (including heavy-duty steam cleaning in the kitchen) and still have plenty of charge left. It’s optimized to give you maximum power only when needed, which really stretches the battery. Steam Mode: The ability to sanitize with steam is a game-changer for a home with pets. Maintenance (Heated Self-Cleaning) ✨: The Heated Self-Cleaning cycle is the "holy grail" of features. Once docked, it washes and dries the roller with heat. This prevents the roller from staying damp and developing that "sour mop" smell, keeping the machine fresh and ready for the next day. Pros: Dual-Action: Vacuums and mops at the same time, saving 50% of cleaning time. Steam Power: Perfect for disinfecting high-traffic areas. Self-Drying: The heated drying cycle keeps the roller fresh and odor-free. Ease of Use: Very maneuverable around furniture and kitchen islands. Cons: You do have to empty the dirty water tank after a full house session, but it’s a small price to pay for such a deep clean. Final Verdict: This is an essential tool for any parent or pet owner. It has turned a dreaded chore into a quick, satisfying task. If you want spotless floors with minimal effort, this is a must-have. Highly recommended!

Completely worth the investment!!
Omg I am OBSESSED with this product. Having clean floors has been a constant challenge and battle for me for my entire adult life. Now that we have a baby who is about to start crawling, I wanted to make the investment to have peace of mind that he is crawling on as clean of floors as possible. With 3 dogs, I was skeptical this could ever happen, but not anymore! I have tried vacuuming and mop/bucket methods, scrubbing floors with a mop and cleaning up with towels, swiffer power mops, and steam cleaners. I have never been satisfied with the results. I like to use the “paper towel check” to see if the floors are clean - if a damp paper towel stays clean after wiping the floor. Never have I seen a clean paper towel until this machine! Displayed are pictures of my kitchen floor after I steam cleaned it, but before I used the tineco s9 on it. As you can see, it doesn’t look that dirty. You’ll then see a picture of a paper towel used on the floor - clearly the steam cleaner didn’t get it cleaned. Next you’ll see the paper towel used on the floor AFTER the tineco cleaned it. My jaw dropped. I couldn’t believe how clean it got the floor. Next is a picture of the before/after of the exact same spot on our bathroom tile. The only tiny spots you can see are from paint. On top of how well it does the job - it’s super easy to use, easy to maintain, easy to charge, easy to push, and easy to set up. The fact that it’s cordless is awesome. It uses minimal water so a tank of water goes a LONG way. It also uses hardly any cleaning product. I wish I had gotten this YEARS ago. It has cut back on cleaning time immensely, does a 10x better job, and requires 1/10th the effort of other methods. Yes, it is incredibly expensive. But as an investment, I think it is completely worth it

Do not open any links their official website sends
The machine worked good at the beginning. Then the o ring that holds the lid to the clean water tank started coming off. After a while it does not close anymore. Therefore it cannot be used. All of that is not why i gave it 1 star. When it came to getting it fixed I contacted their official email. Everything seemed fine in the beginning. They asked what was wrong with it as well as pictures of the machine to include the sn and the receipt of proof of purchase. Not weird although most would not ask for pictures of the sn. I sent all the relevant information. Then they kept on asking more questions that had nothing to do with the item but more to do with my information. After giving that information, they sent me a email with a link that i had to click on in order to provide more information again. I clicked on it and it was malware. I immediately let them know what they had done (the malware). They responded by asking for more information and saying how sorry they where for the malware. At this point I stopped emailing them. I went to their official website and tried making a ticket. I was not allowed to make a ticket because I did not have a purchase id number from them (weird right). So I started contacting amazon. I was first told to send an email, I did. The second time i was told that I was going to get a direct replacement and to email the company using the email system here in amazon. The company just keeps on asking for more information even here in amazon lol. Now this 3rd time I was finally able to get a resolution thanks to Amazon. The company did not help at all I will never buy from this company ever again. I still cannot believe they sent me malware shame on them. Edit: I have had to stay all day for multiple days waiting for ups. They have not picked it up as of now, now they are saying to stay home for 3 business days it is ridiculous. First it was from 10 am to 9pm.... now it is 3 days? wow

Finally! Larger tank, longer battery, and steam cleaning – worth every penny
I’ve been using this brand’s robotic vacuums for over 6 years, so I know how reliable they are. My old model was just a basic sweep‑and‑mop unit, but when I saw they released a steam‑cleaning version, I immediately ordered two sets – one for each floor. The improvements are impressive. The dustbin and water tank are much larger now, and the battery life is noticeably longer. With my previous robot, I had to recharge halfway through cleaning and refill the water tank several times just to finish one level. Now, one machine handles our entire floor in a single run without stopping. It’s efficient, thorough, and saves me so much time. Highly recommend for anyone looking to upgrade!

The heated cleaning and drying is amazing.
When I first moved into our new home I was cleaning the floors non stop and was mopping with 5 buckets of water on the main floor multiple times a week. While we own a dyson the main floor was all hard surface and the amount of water and effort was killing me. I tried the bissel crosswave and while it worked it also died REPEATEDLY. After 3 bissels in 2 years I splurged for a Tineco S7 switch. It was the best. I was so impressed. I had been eying the steam since before the European drop, but our other Tineco was doing great still. When I saw the price drop I snagged it and I am pretty impressed. They changed the tank system. I do think the dirty water tank is much easier to clean. The new display is beautiful and set up is easy. Not 100% sure if I love the bulkiness of the tineco head I wish it were not as tall. It doesnt quite fit under the edge of all the cabinets or furniture. I do love the steam feature it definitely is helpful for sanitary reasons and the heated washing and drying of the roller is a win. I want to give 5 stars, but the bulkiness and limited run time in steam are the down side for me. 4.5 would be my actual rating. I also wish the brush heads had the option to be changed to ones that scrub a little more for using on grout and tile. Its still a beautiful machine, cleans, steams, sanitizes, and charges quickly.

Major Upgrade!!!
I am a big fan of Dyson products and bought their first two generations of wet vacuums. And although I am still a big fan of Dyson products in general, this Tineco wet vac is so much better in every way and addresses all the issues I had with my previous wet vac. It leaves the floors much cleaner with just the basic Auto-Cleaning mode. Being able to step up to a Steam mode is a welcome bonus. The self-cleaning function is so much more effective and saves so much time and effort versus my previous wet vac. Awesome

Save your money. Doesn't work as good as a $100 model
Meh.... I got this for my office. Told it was better to get a "commercial" unit. While this unit is cute - attractive and easy to run. It does not mop well. It does not get stains off the floor - like if something was dripped a few hours ago it will stay there as you mop over it five times and eventually you will get a rag and wipe it up. The head of this unit is SOOOO narrow that it takes literally forever to "mop" a room. Skip this one and get something for $100 - you will get more cleaning power from a shark - the shark I have at home is 5Xs better than this and I paid 10xs less. My mistake. Amazon told me I could return it - I've called and called but never have receive the return labels I've been promised. A big pricey mistake - let me help you avoid doing the same thing.
