Doves Farm Glutenwhite Bread Flour?1Kg(Pack of 5)

The flour makes good bread, it is easy to use and good quality. The recipe on the packet for bread works well in a bread maker.

Being coeliac and dairy intolerant, I either have to pay exorbitant prices for suitable bread or I have to make it myself. Doves Farm Gluten Free Bread Flour works best in bread makers for me so I was dismayed when my local supermarkets stopped stocking it. Luckily I found it here at a reasonable price. I'm happy to buy it in packs of 5 as I use it regularly. At this price it means I am able to treat the bread I make as a staple food rather than as an expensive luxury.

Ok in bread machine but I follow my own recipe as the one on the packet isn’t very good. Bread does taste nice

I made loaves following the recipe on the bread flour packaging and the loaves turned out beautifully. The bread also makes good sandwiches and toasts nicely for breakfast. An excellent gluten free alternative to ordinary bread.

did not find this the easiest bread to make , i have made loads of different types in my bread machine . i was disappointed all around with this one , even the birds in the garden were giving it a wide birth

Made delicious soft white bread in 2 hours in a Panasonic bread machine using the recipe on the back of the flour packet and the machines gluten free setting. It’s not quite the usual texture, the recipe calls for egg whites and oil so it’s a little bit focaccia-lIke. However it’s light, fluffy and delicious and quicker to cook than a normal loaf. I am absolutely delighted, when I was a kid we had gluten free flour on prescription for my mum who was a coeliac, and the texture was cloying and horrible. Top job people at Freee.

This is the best gluten free flour that I have found, hands down. I have tried easily 20 or so different variations on gluten free flour but this one is the best for every use!
