Ever-Pretty Women's Summer Short Sleeve Chiffon Empire Waist Floor Length Formal Bridesmaid Dress Mother of Bride Dresses

I ordered several different Mother of the Groom dresses. Some came from Ever-Pretty and others were from chinese sellers. I purchased 11 dresses total in different sizes and styles. Four of the dresses were from Ever-Pretty. Ever-Pretty was more true to size, made well and the right length with dress shoes. The other 7 dresses were all size 16 but none of them fit the same or were true to size. Several were too long. I am 5'5" and the length was more for someone who was over 5'8" which means I would have needed to pay for altering. Several of the dresses did not have zippers but instead were a lace up. Not practical at all and finally, the bust on these dresses were meant for someone who was a A cup not a B or C cup and the bust area sat weird on the chest, too high. I am a normal proportion woman and even though these dresses were beautiful, the fit was off and very strange. And lastly, I would not recommend buying a dress anywhere except for Ever-Pretty. Out of the 4 dresses I purchased from them, I kept this one, the light green dress and returned the other 3. I received refunds for all 3 and returning them was effortless. For the chinese brand dresses, returning them has been a nightmare. I returned half of them over 1 wk ago and to date have not rec'd a refund. The other ones I am still awaiting on a return label to be sent and for one dress, I have to pay return postage and shipping. The only company out of the group that did refund me quickly was YaquJie. I would not use the following sellers for these dresses, zhoufengsheng shop, Hamyn-US yonglei zhang shop, and Tonghengjie. If they decide to refund me my money I will certainly update this review. But save yourself the headache and stick with Ever-Pretty instead. He Fei Feng Xu Sheng Mao Yi You Zian Gong Si is the only company that has requested me to cover the shipping and handling. Their other option is to contact Amazon for a partial credit. Ridiculous. I have always enjoyed having Amazon Prime for the effortless return policy, but after this experience I am even questioning continuing my subscription. So disappointed.

I honestly couldn’t have asked for a more perfect wedding dress. 🤍 I ordered this dress not knowing exactly what to expect, but it exceeded every expectation I had. The fabric is lightweight, flowy, and so comfortable, perfect for an outdoor wedding like mine. I especially loved how simple yet elegant it is. It gave me the freedom to personalize my look while still feeling like a bride. For the price, this dress is an absolute steal. No one could believe it was from Amazon! The fit was incredibly flattering and made me feel so confident and beautiful on such a special day. It photographed so well too, the way it moved in the breeze and laid so effortlessly made every picture look magical. I would choose this dress all over again!

Light - this dress is light and nearly weightless. The base layer is narrow enough to keep from flying up, but you won't feel constricted when walking and it won't cling to your legs. The overlay is beautifully flowing, but it won't reach for the sky in a windstorm. Trust me: I tested this out in the Windy City on a day when the city earned that name. For myself, the roomy, double layer of non-clingy fabric meant that proof of my cheat day wasn't visible (seriously, everybody has those rolls when sitting down, and some of us when standing up, too). Plus, no underwear lines, no slip line, no nothing. It was grand. (The royal blue color was not-see through, actually, but I wore a slip anyway.) Long - I'm nearly 5'10" and a shameless wearer of 3" heels. This dress was long enough to peep at my toes (no tripping there!), while the train at the back still looks like it belongs. The only danger was someone walking too closely behind me and stepping on that glorious thing. Seriously, if you are a tall(er) woman, this dress is stunning. If you are short(er), it is still stunning, but get ready to hem it. Lovely - there is a lot to love about this dress. If you're self-conscious about your arms, the sleeve overlay is flattering without being frumpy. The arm opening is also perfectly placed; high enough to allow you to wear a bra, but not so tight as to cut into your armpit or the front of your shoulder. If it fits well enough, you won't have to wear a bra; the empire waistline holds it in place, while the padding is thick and shaped enough to neither gap nor collapse. If you want to wear a regular bra, you can, but you're likely to show off your straps at some point. The v-neck will absolutely give and/or expose cleavage, as well, so reckon with your comfort level on that. It is also a rather wrinkly dress, so be ready to steam it before your first wear. Nearly Perfect - the only nit-picky item is the waistband. The ribbon/satin look is beautiful, but it exposes how well the dress fits. Check out the waistband(s) of the sample pictures in the description - it may have a random bulge or two, depending on your size. I'm built with a bigger rib cage, so while I needed a small, this dress wrapped tight up around it. One side of the ribbon already had a minor bubble, like a finger or the underwire of a bra had begun to stretch it out. Not a deal-breaker by any means (have you seen that price?), but just a wrinkle-shy of perfect. Plus, the zipper had a little hiccup transitioning between fabrics, so we'll see how long that lasts. Overall? Do it. It's beautiful, inexpensive, and gloriously long. It has a train, people! If it's too long, hem it up yourself and use the money you've saved to buy a statement necklace. It'll be grand.

I used this as my wedding dress. I absolutely loved it. The sheer fabric on top and skirt made it simple classic and elegant. The fabric has two layers but yes it is somewhat sheer. You will want to use shapewear underneath so there is no undergarment lines. You can't see through it unless wearing dark colors underneath. I did need a slight heel for the length. I am 5'6". The sleeves are sheer but was great at covering my mature arms (nice way of saying older lady flab). It was absolutely perfect for my simple small wedding. I got so many compliments. Very much worth the cost.

So I did not end up wearing this dress, since I bought 2 different dresses and opted for the other. But I can say I did try it on and the dress is very comfortable and seems to be made very well. One thing I like about it is the back, where the tie crosses back and forth, there is black fabric that goes behind that so that if you gained weight or lost weight, either way, the dress is going to fit you and the back is going to look great. The material feels soft and it's very flowy, yet it's heavy. I am not returning it because I do like it and I may have a need for a full-length black dress for a different event. I'm 5'5" and weigh 140 and got a size 8 and it was perfect.

I bought this dress for my wedding. It was the perfect size and fit. It needed no alteration. It does need a slip or something under as it is sheer in the light. I tried several different slips and went with a dark purple Gypsy skirt under for added color which you can’t see in the pictures, it was pulled it up into the band. I used a steamer to get the wrinkles out of the fabric. It was very comfortable. I did step on the train a little during pictures. I didn’t feel like I was going to “fall out the top of my dress” if I leaned over too far. I preferred it over the $2000 dresses I tried on at the bridal boutique. I didn’t want to spend thousands of dollars on a dress I wore for 4-5 hours. The thin zipper does stick a bit when at the ribbon section. I was able to zip myself and turn the dress around and slip my arms in. It was best to have help. I just need to wash it and store it now.

Bought this dress to wear as a bridesmaid a wedding. The bride, my best friend, is super cool and said we could buy dresses on Amazon, so we all did. I made the mistake of buying this one. I bought it, it was too small, so I returned it and got the next size up, no problem. I tried it on when it came in to make sure it fit (too long, but that's expected because I'm short), wore it for maybe 10 minutes. Tried it on for my tailor when I got it shortened, which was maybe another 10 minutes. Didn't even try it on after she shortened it, because she's been my tailor for 6 years and I trust her. Put it on for the wedding, and went outside to take bridal party photos for MAYBE forty minutes. Then I went inside, and the zipper POPPED OPEN. I know for a fact it wasn't because it was too tight, because I even exchanged it when the first was too small for my boobs. I MADE SURE THE DRESS WAS THE RIGHT SIZE, yet the zipper on this stupid dress BROKE after an HOUR of wear. I wasn't moving a lot, we literally just went out to take pics and came back in. MY FRIENDS HAD TO SEW ME INTO THE DRESS because it BROKE 30 minutes before the wedding was supposed to start. IF I COULD GIVE THIS DRESS NEGATIVE STARS, I WOULD. Sadly, I can't even return it for a refund because I bought it too early, and the return period ended before the wedding, so I am just out fifty bucks (PLUS the cost of alterations), and on top of that my best friend and I were all very unnecessarily stressed out on her wedding day. I've attached a pic of the back that a friend took the day of the wedding for reference, sadly the emergency sewing kit could only do so much.

This is a lovely dress! The color is rich and flattering. It fits perfectly and the fabric is soft and flowing. Perfect for a summer wedding which is why I bought it. BUT it was poorly packaged! The dress was twisted, bunched up and forced into a small flat mailing envelope that was approximately 10 x 12". Needless to say, when it arrived the lovely gown was full of creases and they could not be removed! I tried every method of removing wrinkles from delicate fabric (steam, warm iron, wrinkle-release cycle on the dryer) and nothing worked. Those wrinkles were determined to remain in that lovely dress!. I'm giving 3 stars because I truly did love the dress but the wrinkles had to go! I returned it.

Ich war beinahe schon verzweifelt bei der Suche nach einem schönen und preiswerten Ballkleid. Das Kleid ist super verarbeitet, ein absolutes Schnäppchen und zaubert eine tolle Figur. Es fällt ein wenig klein aus, normal trage ich 36/38, hier sitzt die Größe 38 schon straff. Die Länge ist für 1,65m perfekt, vorne sind die schuhspitzen sichtbar, ich trete also nicht drauf, hinten ist eine leichte schleppe, sie beim laufen aber nicht stört (mit high heels getragen). Würde ich jederzeit wieder kaufen!

演奏会用に購入。164cm53kg・普段はSかMサイズですがSサイズでピッタリでした。丈は、前はヒールを履いてちょうど足先がチラリと見えるくらい、後ろは少し引きずる感じで写真の通りです。素材は伸縮感があるので腰回りもフィットして楽ですね。一つ難があれば胸のVのところが生地のせいか少しウネウネしているところくらい。このお値段なら大満足です。

Fabulous dress , perfect for movement when dancing and space for when you have eaten !!! Fit perfectly. Looks incredible ...would defo recommend this dress !!!

Es ist einfach wunderschön. Es passt mir mit UK 6 einfach perfekt, der Stoff fühlt sich richtig gut an Auf der Haut, sehr weich und leicht. Ich kann mit 171 cm locker meine 12 cm Plateaus anziehen ohne dass es komisch aussieht. Ich habe noch ein anderes von ever pretty gekauft und gehofft ich kann mich für eins entscheiden und das andere wieder zurück schicken. Schade, nun muss ich beide behalten ;)
