It is a nice strap that works great for stretching. Its a good weight that feels comfortable and will last a long time. I like the color options. I would buy again.

Use this to put around my head and my heel for an amazing stretch in the hamstring and back of the neck. Bought this b/c my neuromuscular massage therapist recommended. Didn't disappoint. Also comes in an 10' which works too

I've been doing yoga a few times each week for 9 months, and in terms of flexibility and posture I'm still very much a beginner. I picked up this strap primarily to help with the latter, since it serves as an extension of my arms and lets me grab my legs or feet without having to round my back so much. Being tall, I went with the longest strap length of versatility. If you search online you can find some great yoga pages that talk about how to use a strap, from beginner to advanced uses. Having not used a strap before, I can't compare this one to others, but I can say that it feels nice in my hands and on my feet. The buckles hold securely when I need to make a loop. This should help a lot in my practice.

My old mat carrier gave out & my old strap is too short (I'm real tall). This strap is great. It does both jobs, exercise and portage. Soft cotton, durable & I really like the color. Can't ask for more.
