I have been buying Alps Rosemary Water since last year and I apply it once a week overnight on my scalp. I wouldn't say I have thin hair but the hair on my crown is slightly less thick and full as opposed to the rest of the hair that goes down to my shoulders. So I started applying this spray weekly and it has really made the hair on my crown fuller so I am very happy with this product. I apply this spray on Wednesdays and coconut oil massage on Saturdays. But I don't have thin hair that seriously needs treatment so I can't say if it works a 100% for those seriously requiring some treatment or medication. But for maintenance, healthy and luscious hair in the long run, it is a great buy.
