I’m not 100% sure it’s truly raw, pure Batana oil.Its very pale, and has almost no smell, you really have to try hard to detect any scent at all, feels more refined than raw. That said, it absorbs well without leaving any greasiness so, works fine, worth a try.But if you’re someone looking for that thick, strong smelling, authentic Honduran Batana oil, this may not be it.

I have never left a review for anything but this is necessary. This oil has changed my hair!!At 47 and since having kids my hair had become thin and dry and "old" looking. It's so long I can almost sit on it. And it was especially wrecked where my bun elastic sits daily.So I massaged in the oil generously once a week ( focus on scalp and ends) and sleep with it in- Sometimes for 2 nights! It is not super greasy or wet looking. Only a little. Just wear a bun for the day and no one notices. Then Rinse and shampoo, conditioner is optional. I use a tiny spot on my ends.Now after 6 weeks my hair is smooth and shiny and soft and it hangs so pretty and doesn't frizz after a brush and it feels thicker like it used to when I gather it up for a pony tail.And the best part- I swear it's working on the greys around my face. They are either less noticeable or they are really being transformed.I am sooooo pleased and surprised by the efficacy of this product! It worked right away the first use and the results are getting better and better. My improved hair texture and shine makes me feel and look younger! Best hair oil ever!!

This hair oil made my hair grow really thick I’ve been using it for the past year this is actually a repurchase. It also has a minty cooling sensation when you apply it to your scalp, I personally apply it before my wash days and wash it out.I also started applying it to my eyebrows and I’m noticing thickness in the hair tooThe rosemary scent is really strong though which I don’t mind.

I would definitely recommend this,15 months since I had my daughter after 6 months pp my hair was falling out really bad after awhile it got better and for the past month it's got even worser then before so gave this a try I left this on my hair for 4 days massaged it on my roots and through to my ends and I've finally washed my hair then results are in the pictures the first picture is the last time I washed it and the second one is 4 days after leaving this in

i wish i had better before and after photos, but the second photo is before using it and the first photo is after a few months of using it.i applied the oil on before every shower and left it on for at least 30 minutes before washing it out. i used this to combat my dry scalp and help make my hair healthy and smooth and i absolutely have noticed a difference. not only has my hair gotten softer but its also gotten thicker, and my hairline got fuller too.its also worth noting that im a very oily person, my hair will get greasier than a gas station pizza if i dont shower regularly, but this oil doesnt make my hair oily, in fact its kept my hair from getting too oily and i actually can get away with not having to wash it for an extra day or two (altho i still keep up my routine as i like to stay clean) it also has helped that i double wash my hair in the shower to get enough oil out (i use professional salon shampoo so im sure that also helps, but ive used salon shampoo way before as well)i think its also safe to say it will last a long time too, cause i think ive used this since March of this year (writing this review in May btw) and the bottle is still very full. if i had to guess, this one bottle will probably last me til later this year and i think for the price thats a huge bang for your buck.overall i recommend this product! especially if you have dry scalp and oily hair. i also recommend pairing it with a good shampoo as well!update: it has now been a year since buying this product and its STILL got some left 😂 there have only been a few times i didnt use it, where im away on a trip but not for very long, id say i missed using it for a total of 30 showers at most. otherwise, i still use it the same way, on my scalp before every shower for 30 minutes, and i reckon i still have a couple more months left in it. this product lasted longer than i thought it was going to so i think its a huge bang for ur buck! and i recommend using the "comb" looking end to apply the product and pair it with a scalp massager to get it all over my scalp, and im sure my hair has improved from the massage as well. i will let yall know, especially as young cosmetologist, that this product doesnt do anything for hair growth, and i didnt notice a change in that (the only thing that determines hair growth is genetics, so im sorry to say no product will help that) but it absolutely has made my hair feel softer, healthier, fuller looking, and help not feeling like i have to shower often. i still recommend pairing it with a good salon shampoo to really help your hair and boost the effects!
