This knife is great. It is solid metal from end to end. With an ergonomic handle so it doesn't slip. It also comes with a protective sheath for protecting ourselves when hubby shoves it in a draw it doesn't belong in. It comes sharp and ready to cut. Which it does a great job at. Great bread knife at a great price. Do not spend $40 dollars on a bread knife, this is great quality at a very reasonable price. Cuts bread like butter, perfect length, very functional and has a good grip. It comes with a sleeve for safely storage. Highly recommended.

This knife is very sharp and a good value. The included sheath is a good idea to prevent accidental cuts. It cuts homemade crusty bread with ease however it tends to bind cutting bagels in a bagel holder. Because the cutting edge is much thinner than the the rest of the blade this occurs. Perfect for slicing loaves of bread on a cutting board!
