Muffin Mix, Blueberry, 14 Ounce, Pack of 6

This is a staple in my kitchen now. We love having a healthier choice for muffins. The mix is easy to use and gives great results every time. I add in fresh blueberries, chopped pecans and top them with a light sprinkle of raw sugar. They are a hit with my friends and family. We re-heat them in the toaster oven for that fresh baked goodness if we have extras. They also freeze beautifully.

I bought this after using their pancake mix. This mix also makes delicious blueberry pancakes and some of the best bread I have ever baked.This will be a staple in my pantry from now on.

Great for muffins, breads, pancakes, and almost anything else you can dream up. The Kodiak blueberry muffin mix tastes healthy and is still delicious. It's food that actually tastes like food compared to food that tastes like preservatives, food stabilizers, and artificial flavor. My only caution is that once you eat these, you're never going to look at a continental breakfast buffet with anything but a wistful sigh and recollection of what muffins are supposed to taste like.

My husband requires extra protein and he loves these muffins. I substitute applesauce for the oil and add fresh blueberries!

Love to make my protein blueberry muffins with yogurt and core power protein drink! They are tasty! And get me through the morning without needing to snack!
