Excellent product. Speak and stylish looks. Compact, but makes powerful shots. Easy to use with touch display. Good crema on the shots. Cold brew is also nice feature. Steam pressure is not great. Have to improve the micro froth capabilities and hence I could not do any latte art. Overall a good buy for home brewers.

Excellent starter espresso machine with room to grow After using this machine for a few days, I’m genuinely impressed. This is my first espresso machine, and the learning curve was easier than I expected. The machine heats up quickly, looks premium, and the espresso quality has improved significantly as I learned the correct dose and extraction time. A few things I really liked: * Premium build quality and compact design. * Good steam wand for milk-based drinks. * Cold Brew mode is a nice bonus. * Pressurized baskets make it beginner-friendly. * Easy to clean and maintain. I paired it with a KINGrinder K6 grinder, and I can already see there is plenty of room to improve further with fresh beans and a non-pressurized basket in the future. One thing I’d suggest to new users: don’t judge the machine based on your first few shots. Espresso has a learning curve. Once I improved my extraction to around 28 seconds, the taste became much better. Overall, this is an excellent machine for anyone starting their home espresso journey while still offering enough potential to grow with better grinders and fresh beans. Highly recommended.

Excellent machine. Our first ever purchase of a home espresso machine and it did not disappoint. The company sent an executive immediately to explain the machine. It takes some attempts to understand all the factors in making a good espresso, so do submit to the process and get any accessories needed to maximise the end product. Very happy with the machine, has worked well and easy to use. Design is sleek and nice looking on the kitchen countertop. Enjoy having great cafe quality coffee at home!

I wish I hadn't bought this. The setting often take ages to reset and the steam wand is next to useless for latte art. It has no power so had to buy a frother and pan to heat milk. We bought for a small cafe and we can't send back but it's a big regret getting it.

Purchased this machine last month and came in original double DeLonghi box. Machine works perfect, it gets ready in few seconds and this one Is latest model comes with cold brew option and Touch buttons on the top. Steam wand is good and have nice pressure. Overall best buy in this range and makes excellent coffee and is good for one want to start and enjoy home brewing coffee.

This is exactly what I had been looking for. I love the color green, and I’ve always wanted an espresso machine in this shade, but I also wanted a brand with excellent reviews for quality. This one is everything I was hoping for. The moment I saw it, I knew I had to have it, and I absolutely love it. It makes espresso incredibly fast, and the crema comes out rich and delicious every time. The milk frothing pitcher is not included, but the coffee tamper that sits on top of the machine is. I decided to buy the De’Longhi milk frothing pitcher separately so it would match the machine and look like they came as a set, even though it doesn’t come included.

This espresso completely exceed my expectations. The coffee is brewed perfectly, its very easy to use and not heavy to move around. I feel this is the perfect espresso for you to start doing coffee at home. Definitely worth the money. I stopped buying coffee and started making my own and I wont go back. It not a fancy complicated espresso but it does the job beautifully.

It’s a compact device with an average production quality. The touch panel did not react when pressed and I had to keep doing it 3-4 until it started so as you can imagine in less than 30 minutes I decided to return it for refund. The box is now on its way back to Amazon. Overal, NOT recommended for this price. Compares to cheap stuff on AliExpress.

Great machine!! . However it was missing items that it was supposed to arrive with- metal milk jug and the instructions You can use fine grounds - i find in between extra extra fine and the medium grind grounds to be the best… *edited after multiple uses and playing around with grind settings of my bean grinder
