Very soft and flat, too flat for me and the filling shifts away from the center every night. Not for me, pillows are hard to buy and this one is in the stack in my closet.

it is not as firm and plump as it looks in the pic. but it is quite comfortable for back sleep. but not so good for side sleep.

These pillows are terrible. Very flat, no support at all. They feel so cheap. Don’t waste your money. Returns are very hard too.
