I rarely write reviews, so you know I am passionate about this review. First of all, the product design is fine. The case is a little bulky, but the battery life is long so it’s no problem. The sound is ok, maybe better than ok. HOWEVER, this product has a huge issue with the left earphone pairing out of sync with the right one. It happens very easily, and when it happens you only get sound out of one of the earphones. If you want both, you have to restore factory settings and the process is very annoying: You need to put one earbud in the charging case and put your finger on it for 15 seconds, take it out, and do the same for the other one. Then you can pair them. The problem is that this issue happens a lot and the reset process doesn’t always work. Right now, I am in the train and I’ve been trying to reset them for 20 minutes and I’m writing this review out of frustration because I don’t understand how a company can be proud of a product with this kind of trouble. Maybe they aren’t proud of it, who knows, but the product is good but this issue gives it minus two stars for me, almost minus three but I’ll be nice.

This is not the first time I have brought the JVC headphones however the wireless XX is amazing. It’s pretty loud, the quality and appearance is pretty good too and great value for money. Well worth it and highly recommended

Amazing Piece of kit. Sound is decent and the bass is there.
