Review: Need to buy an adaptor plug to use - Really disappointed with it as I now need to buy an adaptor plug in order to use it. Pretty much useless for me. I bought it from desertcart Australia so this shouldn’t have been an issue.
Review: Happy with it and company is easy to work with! - I am going to assume this works. I purchased these when we moved into a new home about 6 months ago. When we looked at the house, there were mouse droppings in multiple rooms and a couple months after moving in, we found multiple half deteriorated mice and rats. Absolutely nauseating. We plugged these in the day we closed and have never had a problem. When the light on the repellent stopped working, I messaged the seller to let them know my husband noticed the unit was plugged in but wasn’t on and I tried to click it on and it didn’t work for some reason, even though it was working when we first received the product. The company messaged me back right away telling me not to worry and they were sending me out replacements and to have a good day and not to stress about sending back the old ones. No questions asked, no skepticism about whether we broke them, and no giving me a hard time about taking pictures or a video. Good company. We have no critters, insects, or anything else. Quick note. A few days after we moved in, we have a huge sugar ant problem in the kitchen for maybe a week or so to the extent of having to throw out our coffee maker because they got into the gears and electrical, so we sprayed them all and they never came back. We’ve seen no other little pests since, so I am going to assume the units drove them out of the wall exactly how it described it would.

**Q: Can anyone can tell me if this really works. just moved in to a new place caught 3 mice already am I wasting my time**
A: DOES NOT WORK!!! - I noticed that the best reviews are from 2 to 4 years ago- they must of changed the design because I purchased 4 two months ago- & haven't noticed any change at all - they tell u to give it a few weeks to work - just long enough to get past the return window- such a waste of money

**Q: Can I continue to use traps and baits when using this product?**
A: It seems counter productive to bait them while trying to repel them.

**Q: Does this really work didn't get reviews about this product**
A: I was quite skeptical when buying this, but I was desperate to get rid of the mice in my attic. I could hear them every day, but I have no easy access to set a trap in the attic. I plugged in the Pest Repeller and thought for sure that it would take weeks if it worked at all. TWO DAYS and they were GONE! I still have it plugged in!

**Q: It won't hurt dogs? I have 3 basset mixes and need to make sure it won't interfere with them or with their electric fence system!**
A: Definitelly won't hurt home pets!
We have had this maxmoxie pest repeller unit for some time. we see no pests like roaches or rodents in our home. we dont have to spay anywhere in our home. so our 4 dogs, 1 cat, 1 bird, and 2 kids are safe from toxic pesticides and insecticides that a wondeful thing
