I make two loaves of bread every couple of days - so this large size is excellent . This flour has been a game changer, just delicious. I also add sunflower, pumpkin and sesame seeds and it comes out wonderful every single time. Thank you for this amazing flour! I don't make sourdough, just use fresh yeast (or dried active when I can't get the fresh one)

This is the best flour I have ever baked with! I used it with the strong Canadian white to make the first of what will be many batches of bread.

Brilliant quality flour ideal for making white or wholemeal bread by hand or in a breadmaker. Full of taste and rises well. I mix this 50/50 with either white bread flour or a wholemeal/chappati mix depending on if I am making bread, baguettes or dinner rolls. We have bought this several times and it is always well packed with a good date but as I bake three to four times a week this lasts about four months if I stick to 50/50 and less when I feel like making rustic bread where I just use this flour. Can't recommend this highly enough. You will never go back to plain flour after using this in your bread mix.
