Supplements, Acetyl-L Carnitine 500 mg, Brain Energy*, 50 Veg Caps

I know it works because I can literally tell the difference in my mood when I do and don't take it. I take one in the morning and one in the late afternoon. Highly recommend.

I have Fibromyalgia with chronic fatigue. Most days I spend the day in bed. I read some articles on ALC and researched studies before I tried it. I always do this because I take several medications. Also, speak with your doctor. I'm not sure what your doctor is like but I asked one of mine about taking acetyl l-carnitine and she said herbs and vitamins are not overseen by the FDA so she really couldn't tell me anything about it. She did look it up on her laptop and we discussed it a bit. Anyway, back to the product. Due to the research I did, I started out with a dose of 3 capsules in the am and 2 in the afternoon. First day I had great energy, clarity and a good mood. Second day the same thing. But before it was time for me to take the 2nd dose, day 2, I noticed a rash on my lower legs. From past experience this is what happens when I'm allergic to something. I didn't take that 2nd dose. The next morning the rash was gone. I took 2 capsules. No energy, no clarity and no good mood. The next morning I cecided to go ahead and try taking just one dose of 3 for the day. Yea! Here comes the energy, clarity and good mood. I have continued to take 3 a day and have not broken out again. There are days still that I don't get out of bed but that's because I've been able to do things for 3 days before that! Haha! I don't know how to pace myself yet. I would highly recommend anyone who has a problem with fatigue to try ALC. I would highly recommend anyone with memory problems try ALC. I would also highly recommend someone who has anxiety, depression or low moods to try it. Do your reading, ask your doctor and see what it will do for you. It changed my life!

Excellent supplement.

I'm a senior looking for the perfect product to help my brain function and not upset my stomach. I believe I've found it. I do notice a difference in focus 45 min after I take one of these vitamins and I take one every morning. I never have stomach upset from this product. I didn't give it a 5 because I still can't remember where I put the keys.

Acetyl-L Carnitine is known for its ability to support cellular energy production and promote healthy brain and nerve cell function, and this product from NOW Foods delivers exactly that. I've noticed a significant improvement in my mental clarity, focus, and overall energy levels since I started taking these capsules. They seem to help combat the mental fog that often hits in the afternoon, keeping me sharp and productive throughout the day. What I really appreciate about this supplement is the clean and straightforward formula. NOW Foods is a brand I trust for their commitment to quality and transparency, and these capsules are no exception. They are non-GMO, vegan, and free from common allergens, which makes them a great choice for those with dietary restrictions. The 200-capsule bottle is an excellent value, lasting several months and making this an economical choice without compromising quality. They are easy to swallow and do not leave any unpleasant aftertaste, which is a huge plus for me.

Extremely pleased with quality of product and effectiveness, as it assists me in light exercise so I'm so grateful for this supplement and it was well worth the purchase!

This supplement has been amazing for me. I have more energy, focus, and my overall mood has improved. My anxiety has lessened and I feel like i'm able to get more done.

I buy it for several years. Long time ago I read , it helps your brain. I feel it does, I am an old person , up to now I can still use my iPad. For me there are no side effects. I take it with Lyrica. I feel I am still mentally OK.

Muy buen producto

Parcel was given to Australia post and it never got delivered because they won’t get off their cart. Had to go and collect it.

É melhor do que só a carnitina. Ele não pode ser manipulado em farmácias de Manipulação pq ele é hidrofilo. Eu compro sempre na Amazon. Ele é muito bom pro cérebro.
