Description says 5/8". Is the strainer 5/8" or 1-5/8"?

Is this designed for a sink or tub drain? Will it fit a standard 1" sink drain?

It is made for a sink. No it won't fit a 1 " drain. It is 1-5/8 in size and fits into the drain.

Does anyone sell 1.25" ?

I have the same problem. I'm going to order the bathroom vanity air vent covers. It's 1 inch. I read in the reviews that it worked for bathroom sink
