This is not just a thickener, but a medicine. Traditionally, it’s used for stomach issues and it can be use with Blume plum vinegar and a hot drink becomes a delicious way to alkalize your body. Add a few drops of tamari or good soy sauce. Eden Foods are superior in quality.
