Unsuitable for anything but smooth terrain. Think of them as outlet-mall-quality muck-boot-wannabes. Fine for what they are, but a weak substitute for the real thing. Cute and fine for the beach, or car washing but not for the garden. They run about a half size large. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fit and durability *by F***D on September 15, 2018* I ordered these for my husband. He loves them for working in the garden. The fit was true and he finds them quite comfortable. His only wish is that they were a little bit higher, but he really likes them. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect for quick trips out in the mud. *by M***E on February 6, 2019* Just received these, and put them to the test; my wet, soggy, snow melt filled yard is currently under a layer of ice. Wore these out to take the dogs to kennel; although slipping on and off easily, they handled well, providing sure footing. The rubber is rubber, and grips the ice quite well..no slipping, aided by the aggressive tread. As to staying dry, cannot comment at this point.They are quite light, even with size 13. Not much support, so I can't see going far in them..but that's not what they're made for.
