Great balk. My mum had a hip replacement and this ball is the perfect height and size to help with her physio. Great price and quick delivery too.

To inflate the ball, you need to insert the included straw into the hole in the ball, blow up the ball, take the straw out and put the included plug into the ball as quickly as you can to avoid too much air leaking out. This means that getting the ball inflated fully is impossible. I use the ball for exercises for my knees. The soft material has a "sticky" feeling on the skin and it always leaves my skin itchy long after I use the ball.
