Best unit for the best price out there
I did a bunch of research on ice bins and came up with this one. It is super high quality once I checked it out on unpacking. Installation was a breeze. I was surprised to have included a bunch of plumbing hardware to connect the drain. I wasn’t expecting anything. I was able to use some of the parts to customize my drain install.

Not insulated
This unit doesn't keep ice cold very long. Not insulated well i contacted the company and there wasn't much they offered to remedy the problem. The amount of contestation that comes off the outside walls and bottom you need to have a towel under it. Not Happy with this product. But all ready cut a hole in counter so i am stuck with it.

Rusts after a few weeks
Had this for a few weeks. It's supposed to be stainless steel but it's already showing signs of rust. I'm going to wait and see but not happy so far.If not for that it looks pretty good. It might be ok inside.One disappointment was it is not insulated. As it's double walled it would be so easy to have insulated.

LOTS of condensation on bottom and welded poorly.
This model is not insulated on the bottom and is a major miss. We constantly have to change towels below the bin. The lid has to be forced closed and opens very hard due to a bad corner weld on this unit. If I can return for a different model I would try it, but make sure you find something insulated underneath.
