I have hormonal acne that came out of all the sudden, I have tried many things but nothing worked as good as this. I do not have as many breakouts as before, but word of caution. This is very strong as it has azelaic acid and salicylic acid. I recommend you do the sandwich method, so a layer of soothing cream, this product and another layer of soothing cream, also I experienced a lot of purging. Now I have stopped it because it was irritating my skin, I have PIE due to the inflammation/irritation from using this. Now I am using only azelaic acid and still experiencing purging but less redness. Maybe if your skin is not sensitive you will see better results, however I do not regret buying it, it was just too strong for me but it did reduce my breakouts.

For acne prone skin , this is a must to add to your regular skincare . My skin feels more smooth and acne has gone in just a few days using it . I highly recommend this cream

Im only giving 2 stars because it feels more like a hand cream than face cream..my hands are softer yes but i doubt theres even 2%of azaelic acid in this tube
