Damage on the corner
Right after we screwed everything on the wall and put up this door we found out there is a crack on the inter left hand corner. The original package was fine before I opened the door. I regret not checking the door’s condition before installing and in WA cold weather is coming. Not want to wait another 1+ weeks for a replacement. CHECK the condition before install!!!

Used -like new...NOT- Definitely missing parts.
This dog door has been installed, screw holes, cut peices, and installation parts are missing! It has dog gunk on the door flap. It said like new! Definitely disappointed. I'm hoping the dog door company will send new parts. The door itself is nice though.

Doesn't measure properly
Triple door flap a problem, did not fit had to get spacers. Very unhappy
