Stauer doesn’t want to repair it as they said it wasn’t sold by them and they don’t sell outside US, and desertcart.com said they won’t repair the watch either and all they say is to contact the manufacturer. I am going round in circles trying to get it fixed but no one want to take responsibility. I will have to take legal action. How can they sell a watch with a two year warranty but then wash their hands after taking the money? Had to exchange for a new one as the weekday and month was always wrong. New one has problems too after only 2 months. I don’t recommend this watch and wouldn’t buy it. If I knew it was going to be so unreliable I wouldn’t have bought it. Amazon.com and Stauer won’t repair my watch
I am editing this review as not only watch is unreliable but Amazon.com is not honouring the warranty.
