Ok today the 29th of May 2026 I got the bike on the 12th. Did mu first 6 miles it handled well an was at 20 mph I am 185 lbs did 6 miles in 20 mins battery power is at 75 percent Great deal

Battery Popped off frame and into traffic on first ride.
Well…..First bike ride seemed to be going well….until I hit a bump in NYC and battery exploded off the frame and skidded into the middle of the street. The mounts were broken and bike would not be turned back on. I can tell you I really noticed how heavy the bike actually is because I had to pedal through city unassisted. I don’t know who to contact as I think if battery replaced, should do fine. Not sure I’ll trust the bike on a real ride though.

Nice, good quality, inexpensive e bike
So far so good! I am nicely surprised by the quality of this inexpensive bike. I did not have a chance to check it's real range yet, but after a few rides the battery seems to hold pretty good. I'm looking forward to take it on much longer trips.
