For all the pregnant girlies out there who have growing pains, this stuff saved me!!! I had such bad glute/hip pain during pregnancy, keeping me up at night. Trialed this with little hope and WOW. It truly helped eased the pain and it worked pretty quick after applying. But this for my 82-year-old mother, she absolutely loves. It helps with her legs cramps. I have had much success with it as well with leg cramping overall muscle cramping. This magnesium cream does work for mild leg/feet cramping but it doesn’t absorb quickly. At least for me it doesn’t. I will continue to use because it does help. I like the scent. Very calming

I highly recommend you make the product last and put on parts of the body that are most absorbant closest to the problem area as well as the problem area (ie [listed in fastest to slowest absorption rates of most absorbant parts of the body]: Scrotal > Forehead > Armpit ≥ Scalp > Back = Abdomen > Palm = under surface of the foot). This lotion is THICK and very spreadable so you only need to use a pea sized amount on the targeted probelm area. Do not use this as a full body moisturizer it would be wasting the product. More isn't always more. This product not only has helped with chronic leg cramping and body muscle tension but also my mental well being as well. My muscles are more relaxed during the day and at night in my sleep. I am no longer waking up a million times a night adjusting my position because of pain. Most of all this product is partly (the ' Pure Magnesium Spray' the other part) responsible for curing my insomnia. I have been a SEVERE insomniac since a child. This is a great lotion if you have restless legs or just need the muscles to relax. We use this product several times during the week to help with leg muscle issues. Recommend!
