Will this work with induction stove top

Never tried on our induction stove. My opinion would be no. It takes a good while for this griddle to heat up over a open flame on our Grill.

Will this fit in a Baron 400 pellet grill?

Is this grill reversible? Can I use the other side which has grill mark to grill ?

Hello, Yes you can use one side or the other. I use the flat side for searing steaks, smashing burgers, making fajitas, and of course eggs, pancakes, and French toast. The other side is well suited for bacon, asparagus, corn on the cob and any other items you don’t want directly on the grill grates. Hope this helps and Happy Grilling!
