Pair and reasonable cheap.
You get what you pay for cheaply made in India and the holes are not perfect. When placing in the olympic barbel it has some resistance not smooth due to mis aligned metal circular holes. You need to force it to get in it.

Weights varies and not exactly 15kg a piece. Has some resistance when inserting in the barbell due to mis aligned metal cup in the middle of the weights.
