Review: Super sturdy; not easy to pull things out of - I gave this five stars because it is so well made and HUGE. Very VERY sturdy. We’ve used this bag nearly every day for months, and inside and out, this still looks like new. The buckle closure straps have held up very well, no fraying or tearing. The shoulder strap looks like new. Aesthetically, this is a nice looking bag to carry (my husband likes its looks). Really like the thermal lining, easy to clean. Also, there’s lots of room inside. Easily can hold generous lunch for two. Room left over when it is just used for my husband’s lunch: Every day we use this to hold a stainless bento box (sandwich), a stainless steel cylinder (yogurt with fruit), a large orange, two stainless holders with fresh fruit and sliced carrots, small wax bag of cookies, AND A COFFEE THERMOS! And there’s room for more!!!! -and food has stayed cool while coffee has stayed hot. BUT (yes there’s a but): The bag opening wants to roll itself closed all the time, will not stay open. That makes it hard to load and hard to pull things out of. In other words, loading and unloading the bag takes two hands. That can be more annoying/inconvenient than it may seem at first. So if you don’t mind a bag that wants to shut itself all the time, the positives of this bag make it a winner. We like minimizing trash since it’s better for the environment, and this bag eliminates paper bags and looks nice, holds EVERYTHING easily, super sturdy, keeps cold food cold, lots of things to love. **Q: Can this be personalized, like with heat press vinyl maybe?**

The canvas from which our bags are made of is waxed with high-quality wax and because of this reason our engineers do not recommend this process. The wax prevents the vinyl to adhere to the bag's surface and the end result will not be satisfactory.

**Q: Does one of the meal prep (rectangular) tupper fit inside this bag? Seems what everyone uses is the small square ones?**
A: Maribel, Ma'am... I would love to help you, but the container that you mention is without specific size. Therefore, I would direct your attention back to the Amazon page for this product. I would suggest that you give close examination to all the photos on the descriptor page, then scroll down to the other photos provided by the seller. Some are very clear shots of the product in question. I think that by looking at these you may be able to come to a reasonable estimation of size of the bag and whether it may accommodate the potential container that you mention... keep in mind that this unit is not "so rigid" that it will not lend itself to accommodate a variety of containers with relative ease.. in other words... if its a tad bit large in a way... it will should still fit "ok", without much trouble... though my review of this unit was not stellar, I would still recommend it, based on its durability alone....
