AUTOSAVER88 Hard Quad-Fold Tonneau Cover for 2002-2026 Dodge Ram 1500 6.4ft

This fit my 2026 Ram Rebel great. It was easy to install and works as it should. I love the low profile. It feels really sturdy, not cheap.

Overall built well. Clamps could be better, but they do work. So far it is good quality and a value.

The cover itself is really solid — feels well-built and sturdy, which I appreciate. That said, there are a few things I wish they’d done better. First off, the instructions are kind of confusing when it comes to the seal. They include a foam seal, but depending on your truck, you might not even need it. I put it on my 2022 Ram like the directions said, and it actually created a gap that let water into the bed. Once I took the seal off, no more leaks — so heads up on that. Some instructional videos that are linked on their pages would be helpful. The cover was not hard to figure out just could help explain some of the installation a bit better especially for first time cover installers. The next thing that bugged me was the lever latches. They’re made of hard plastic, and while they work fine for now, I can’t imagine they’ll hold up over time. I’d much rather see aluminum handles — they’d be way more durable and wouldn’t rust. Lastly, the front latches that you have to twist into a lock nut are just annoying. The knob is tiny and hard to grip, so tightening it feels like a chore. Honestly, most of my complaints are about the hardware and how it’s designed. The actual cover is great — tough and well-made. If they upgraded the attachment pieces, this would easily be a five-star product and worth spending a little extra on.

I installed the hard quad fold cover myself in about an hour. Very sturdy build and fit fine on my 2024 RAM 1500 with 5 1/2 foot bed.

Pretty good for the price. I don't expect it to stay as well sealed after five years of this Alabama sun but c'est la vie! Pretty tough, my kids walked all over it to clean the snow off my truck when I turned around. Instructions are kinda useless and the clamps are not the most innovative design, you get what you pay 4. We'll see how it holds up in the long run.

This Autosaver88 quad fold aluminum tonneau cover is probably one of the worst products I have ever purchased. I researched several brands, and after looking at the pictures, I’d be willing to bet that most brands are made in the same Chinese factory. They all appear to use basically the same flimsy plastic latches, which don’t work as intended. Some that I’ve seen have an extra locking pin, to keep them in the locked position. The cheapo latches that Autosaver 88 uses just a have little wire safety that doesn’t keep the latch locked. I’m hoping that I can find some aftermarket latches, before these fail and the tonneau cover flies off. Before you buy any brand of these junk Chinese tonneau covers, do plenty of research on them, before you end up with a piece of crap like this one.

I installed the hard quad fold on my 2021 ram classic and am thoroughly impressed. I was worried it would leak but after 3 weeks everything is dry inside. Fits well. Installation instructions were definitely lacking. And the cover seems well constructed.

Looks great, seems to be made pretty good. I don't like how it connects to the bed. For the price it will work. I would like it better if you didn't have to go from side to side to open it.
