Defenders All-Natural Slugs Away Wool Pellets – 3 Litre, Slug Deterrent, Protect Gardens and Plants From Slugs and Snails, Blue

I had a glut of slugs attacking my veg plot and so I bought this, as I didn't want to use chemicals (or even kill the little blighters!). I followed the directions and spread it around the plants and it seems to have done the trick. I had seen the comment about the smell, but can't say as though I noticed any smell. It does smell of sheep, but then it is sheep wool, so you would expect that - I personally didn't find it offensive.

My veg in my little garden were getting demolished by slugs. I wanted to avoid sprays or killing them so thought I’d try these. On the whole they work great! My beg are now thriving but the odd tough slug still finds it’s way over occasionally. They are super easy to use, you place them around the plant and wet them. I would recommend.

So much safer and better than pellets. They spread around the plants when watered. Stopped the slugs and snails!

Simply doesn't work. I completely surrounded the base of my broccoli plants with these pellets and woke up to find the leaves crawling with slugs and snails. Don't waste your money 😭

Its a great product for the benefits it gives the soil but unfortunately so far not stopped the slugs but could be a me issue not really sure how much to put down and may not have wet it enough so will up date bit further down the line its easy enough to put down its not the best looking though

They work great but my dog loves to roll in them!

Super product, definitely keeps the slugs away, feeds the plants and protects them. Natural product, very happy!
