BETTER THAN CALVIN KLEIN MICRO MODAL PRODUCT
I have been wearing Calvin Kleinโs micro modal v-neck and crew neck t-shirts for years as both undershirts and casual lounging shirts / pajama shirts, and was willing to pay the premium price tag because I was never able to find anything better; theyโre soft, fit nicely and have just the right amount of stretch. And then I decided to go out on a limb and try these David Archy v-necks, fully expecting to regret the decision and deal with the annoyance of returning them but figured it was worth the risk given the significantly lower price point. Iโm glad I took the risk. Much to my surprise, I found the David Archy product to be superior in every respect notwithstanding the lower price. Specifically: (1) The David Archy shirts stay feeling softer / newer for longer thank the CK shirts, which seem to loose some of their ultra comfortable feel after a few weeks of wear. (2) The shirts feel slightly thicker and higher quality than their CK counterparts and as a result are more durable through numerous wash cycles. Not only does the fabric itself hold up better but the whites stay whiter and blacks stay blacker longer. (3) They donโt have any annoying tags sewn into the inside of the shirt that wind up being scratchy against your skin. (4) The โvโ in the v-neck generally holds up better than the CK version, which seems to get a big crinkly and not as crisp after a few washes. (5) I find that the shirts just generally drape better over my body (athletic build) than the CK shirts. In my view, the only drawback of these David Archy shirts is that they only come in a v-neck version (at least at the time of this review); I wish they also made a crew neck version. If youโve got a drawer full of CK micro modal t-shirts like I once had and are considering taking a chance on this David Archy product as an alternative, Iโd strongly encourage you to do so. You wonโt be disappointed. Never mind the lower price โ it is simply a superior product.

Worth it if you like feeling like someone is touching you in all the right places ha.
I do like the comfort of these shirts let me start off by saying the price is amazing as the calvan Klein versions of this shirt is a better fit for me I am a skinny but tall guy so around the waist this one kind of stretches out a little bit but it honestly doesn't bother me as I bought 3 sets of it and probably getting another set because I want to get them in all colors. Compared to the Klein versions which cost this price for 1 shirt this is a steal. What I like the most about it is its In general super comfortable. I sit at a desk all day for work and don't have to worry about sweating or anything feels good and I'm sticking to shirts like this now I havnt tryed there undewear I might not only because I have the American eagle sport ones in black and they match very well with this but as an all day shirt defiantly like it I know shirts like this are to be worn as an undergarment but u can't see through it and it's much better then wearing regular cotton shirts and out of the dryier it's ready to go no ironing a shirt or lines everywhere just smooth and looks good. I'm all about soft and feeling good for the day and not chocking myself with shirts or worrying about tags some people like designer shirts and what not there nice too but it gets stuck to you if u have a too cheap of a shirt ect.. I would say in general give it a try I'm stocking up on them because it's my favorite shirt just like my undewear I usually buy them in bulk or if there's a sale I will get like several of them because it's always good to have a few.

Far and away the best undershirt for the price...possibly the best undershirt all-together!
Bottom line: this is far and away the best quality undershirt you can get for the price, and quite possibly the best undershirt you can own, depending on what you're looking for, which I'll illustrate below: The black modal v-neck is super lightweight, with under-armor levels of stretch and similar shine, but more structure, making it more wearable as a top layer but still a little too sheer and lightweight for my tastes in an outer layer. However, it's definitely not lighter weight, loose under-armor that fits like a poncho. Modal is in general an awesome material, and fairly hard to find in a t-shirt (let alone at this price point), it fits almost invisibly under nearly any shirt, and it maintains it's shape, so your sleeves don't bunch up. It's also quite long, so it leaves plenty of room to tuck in (but this might be a negative if you intend on wearing the shirt on it's own). Other than that, the shirt fits a little on the large end compared to a "standard" shirt, but because it both stretches and drapes exceedingly well, I'd still go with your "regular" size, unless you plan on wearing it on it's own on a regular basis. With that being said, the undershirt closest in quality that I've ever purchased was the same price for a single shirt (which ultimately, wasn't as nice as these)...so moving forward, I'm going all in on these whenever I need new undershirts!

Very cool, butโฆ
These shirts seem to defy physics. They feel cooler to the touch than the air around them. That would be great in the summer, but in the winter I like shirts like these to help keep me warm. So Iโm returning them. Yet, I found them comfortable, they fit as expected, and I think I would have liked them for summer wear just fine.

The best
I'm 6'1 180lbs and bought the large size. Material is stretchy but soft doesn't feel synthetic like polyester. Shirt has a slim fit more so around the shoulders arms then the waist. I'm a 33 waist size. It just feels tighter around the shoulders. I wore these before and after washing to see if they shrink. I only noticed the arms slightly tighter so will have to recommend air drying over using drier on low. Regardless these keep you cool absorb sweat and are nearly unnoticeable. These are not deep Vs but you will not see them if you unbutton only one shirt button. If you go for two it will show. Overall for the price and quality I'd have to say these are great. Comparable shirts go for 3x as much. These are must own shirts. My one gripe is I wish they weren't as see through because I think they would make great shirts on their own. For that reason alone I prefer the Archy Knight cotton. But I own both as they serve different purposes and love them both.

Pricey, but the best undershirt Iโve ever worn.
I initially balked at the price tag as $40 for 3 undershirts seems a bit unreasonable. But after purchasing multi packs of Hanes, FOTL, Jockey, Sax, Klein, etc and having issues with size, longevity, shape , etc. I decided to splurge. So tired of shirts coming untucked or riding up at night. Out of the box the fabric is silky and smooth with just enough stretch, but not too much. Fit was perfect. I purchased large and it was not drape and not tight like a compression t. The length was better than any other of the aforementioned bands which lost shape and skimped on fabric. Iโm 5โ8โ, 190 and wear a 41S jacket so Iโm not exactly an NBA center.. After washing the softness remained. Really couldnโt be happier with the quality. After 3 months, I will assess the durability and if they hold up will purchase more despite the high price tag. These look so good, you could wear them as a regular shirt.

Very soft, very comfortable, not moisture-wicking
This would have 5 stars, except it claimed to be moisture-wicking. It may be moisture-absorbing, but that is not the same. Moisture-wicking depends on the weave, not just the material. The idea is to move sweat away from the body, to the layer of clothes immediately outside the t-shirt. That keeps the skin dry--and cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter. One reviewer said he didn't get wet spots in his outer shirt armpits--that is evidence enough that the undershirt did not wick moisture! Otherwise, the undershirt is extremely soft and pleasant to wear.

Great Product and Great Customer Service!
This review is for the Black Micromodal shirts. I initially ordered them in Large, as I have these shirts from about 5 years ago. They've made some changes to make the fit lean more towards a regular t-shirt rather than an undershirt. Not a big deal, just keep it in mind when you order. I ended up with Mediums, which are perfect for me as an undershirt...I'm 6'2" and 180 lbs. The Larges would be a good fit as a regular t-shirt, but for me the Micromodal is a bit on the thin and drapey side for wearing out and about without something over it. The Micromodal is SUPER soft and smooth, and wears like a dream! I use these primarily as a sleep shirt and will be getting them in white for undershirt duty when it's time to replace my old ones. DA Customer Service is always great and an additional reason to look at these shirts instead of other similar options on here.

Good fit, good quality
Finding good form-fitting shirts is a nightmare! They're either woefully expensive or they aren't made of the right materials (a cotton shirt isn't form-fitting, it's just tight). I've been rocking a men's shirt from REGNA for the past years and would have bought more of theirs if they still manufactured it. So instead I had to find a new brand, and I stumbled onto David Archy. The investment price was a little high but I took the leap a month or two ago. These have a completely different feel to other form-fitting shirts I've worn. These are much "softer" and stretchier. It took me a while to get used to the sensation. The good thing is that they vent your skin a lot better. I've found that I sweat less egregiously while wearing this shirt which is great as I have poor temperature regulation and tolerance. If you wear this as a primary shirt, you will have to regularly "pull it down" just for ease of mind, but it typically fits well and should stand up to the rigors of physical exertion. The v-neck is also modest. Other shirts often have really deep v-necks that put all of your chest hair on display. These are more reserved and presentable. The sleeves are admittedly really short, at least on me. Not a huge deal.

Most comfortable t-shirts I've ever owned.
Amazing!!! I love these SO much. I'm very picky with the shirts that I wear. I hate thick cotton shirts that aren't stretchy. Those Gildan heavy cotton shirts and ones of similar material. I don't know how anyone can wear those. Most shirts feel very uncomfortable for me and I prefer ones that are stretchy and soft, so that you don't even notice that you're wearing them. Modal is a great fabric. I've only ever had modal underwear, but modal t-shirts are even better. The V-neck also makes these shirts super comfortable for sleeping in, so that the collar doesn't choke you.

Lightweight and ultra comfortable
This is my 3 purchase for these T-Shirts. I have them in black and white. They are a high-end product. I use them as an underlayer under my dress shirts ever day. The fabric is silklike and I do not even feel that I have them on. It mooves with me and lets any dampness filter through. My new standard.

Excellent feel, but too big
This is an excellent shirt. Very comfortable and seems like excellent quality. However, it's way too big. I am size 44 and according to the instructions I got an L. It fits way too loose for an undershirt. It's baggy in both chest and belly area and I can't imagine wearing this under a dress shirt (especially a fitted one). It's not a big problem for my use (wearing it around the house), but if I get another pack, I'll size down.
