I take two of these every night! They worked better when I first started taking them but I will take them every night along with mag glycynate to help with sleeping through the night. They also taste really good. i did try 3 one night but didn't see a difference. Normally melatonin makes me have wild dreams but these don't do that to me.

I have been taking these for about two months now, and they have legit changed my life. I have tried so many other things, either they didn’t work or they were something I was worried about taking long term (like the costco sleep aids) and there was a point recently where my sleep was so bad I felt like I was on the verge of a dang mental breakdown. Great gummies that actually work, you only need one and within 30 minutes and I actually feel tired, and they dont leave you groggy when you wake up like other gummies can. Decent consistency and taste, not grand but its like a vitamin. Smells how it tastes.

Generally, I like this sleep aid. The taste and texture are good. However, it takes a while for it to take effect (at least in my system). I'd take it an hour before you want to sleep. So far, I've only taken one due to a slightly groggy feeling upon awakening.
