Finally, a. Melatonin that works for me!
I have tried multiple types, grades, and strength of Melatonin before with no noticeable effect. These were recommended to me and now I am recommending them to you. I took the bottle in with me to my Dr. for my annual physical just to be sure they were ok for me to take with other medications that I use. I am a lover of sweet things and these taste dellicious to me. It really does help me get to sleep and stay (mostly) asleep. I am of the age where so many of us seem to wake up around 3:30 AM. That has been going on for years, so it just is what it is. Since taking these (for about 6 months now) I can usually get back to sleep. No upset stomach, easy to use and to travel with, taste great, no weird smell,โฆโฆ I love them!
