Good product. Easy to clean. It’s compact so portable. Blend smoothly. Speed is ok ok as it blends perfect so no problem. Durability is good as I bought it in nov 25 and in 6 months no issues observed. Easy to blend fruits. Require water for blending not work on solids. Battery is the only issue as it requires some time to charge one time then it works for around 8-10 blends. For this price this is perfect.

Extremely disappointed with this product. Within just two weeks of normal use, the safety lock stopped working and, even worse, the blender started switching on randomly without pressing the start button. This is a serious safety hazard for a device with sharp rotating blades. A blender that can start unexpectedly puts users at risk of injury. The product has become completely unsafe to use, and I am now seeking a refund and service support. Avoid this product if you value safety, reliability, and quality. A kitchen appliance should never behave this way.

No worth for money

This is a disappointing product. The bottle doesn’t fit the mixer properly, and the machine won’t even start unless both parts are aligned with absolute precision. It shouldn’t take so much effort just to get a basic appliance to work. The design is clearly flawed, and using it is frustrating. I’ve spent enough time trying to make it work and have finally given up on this product. I wouldn’t recommend it.

I should have noticed the obvious red flag before making my purchase. There's no service or after sales support available from the brand and though the debug info booklet is good, it leaves you in a limbo when the problem is not solved from the means specified in the help guide. Mine one worked fine for 6-7 months. I had mostly used it to prepare my protein shakes and found it very easy to use and maintain. Shakes were perfect - so no complaint for the blending either. But last week I mistakenly had added a little bit more than the usual quantity which is more than it's capacity. The blender didn't start and it flashed the blue-red lights in quick succession. This, as per the product help document, means the jar is not tightned. But it didn't work after repeated trials (including with the spared jars. Long story short, it's not working now, the help document is useful for me and I don't know if I should simply throw away and move on or try to fix it.

I'm very happy with this portable juicer! The build quality feels premium, it is compact, lightweight, and easy to carry anywhere. The blending is smooth and quick, making fresh juices and shakes in minutes. Charging is simple, cleaning is hassle-free, and the extra bottle is a great bonus. Excellent value for money. The product has not been working for the last month. This company is fooling customers. I contacted the customer care team of QLECT several times, but they did not answer my calls or messages properly. I also purchased an extra 1-year warranty, but it has been completely useless. One time they answered my call and promised, “We will resolve your issue,” but after that they never replied again. Even the email ID mentioned on their official website seems fake because my emails are getting marked as spam. If this issue is not resolved soon, I will file a complaint against the company in Consumer Court for cheating and misleading customers.
