Excellent flavour
Not sure how 'authentic' this is (I don't know what jerk is supposed to taste like) but its a great flavour. Cakes a lot, but that isn't a problem for me. I have had more than a few disappointments with urban platter: this is not one of them! Highly recommended.

Expected it to be very spicy. Itโs moderately spicy. Good addition to my spice collection. Good packaging and delivery. Spice mix: Tastes very well on a grilled/ baked chicken dust with a mixture of soy sauce, brown sugar and salt. I might add another spoonful of cayenne pepper the next time round. Of course, wasnโt made the authentic way with pimento wood or with the jerking but the spice mix is good.
