This is a nicely done, metal baseplate that you can add to your Glock mags. It's about twice as thick as the usual stock one (see comparison photo) and is much heavier, being metal instead of plastic. (It weighs just over 22 grams.)The machining is good and precise, and the anodizing is done well - no blems or discoloration.It adds a nice bit of heft to an empty magazine and helps with ejection. It didn't affect function at all, and was easy to install. Works for me!

This Glock base plate is well made and works well. The base plate has enough weight to assist with extracting an empty magazine. The anodized base plate is also nicer than a painted one as the finish doesn't wear off. Installation and removal are easy and the price is reasonable as well. I would recommend this base plate.

Looks good wish they had an fde/bronze version to match my19x. Dont know how i feel about it yet since i was expecting this to be heavier to help drop that empty mag quicker.
