Great product! The smell is fine, just buy it!
It has a smell. Yes. It's a honey smell. Just like Burt's Bees honey products. It's that smell. BUT besides that, the product works really well! I got it for my Perioral Dermatitis because it soothes redness, itchiness, and protects a damaged skin barrier. It's not greasy, dries slightly thick, tiny bit sticky to the face, but I rub it into my hands and nails where my cuticles get dry and it's not sticky. The scent dissipates after a few minutes so it's really not that bad. I love honey but I'm just not a fan of the smell but if it works, it's worth it! And this stuff works better than anything I've tried and I swear I've tried everythingggggggggg for this PD. Don't buy the $60 jar of skinfix, get this stuff. It works way better and costs so much less! Oh, and the bf who loathes lotions and oils will actually use this! I recommend it to everyone! Update: April 7th 2026 So I got two real pimples, and my skin seems to take gorge we to heal, I've been putting this on at night after washing my face and I wish I took a before photo because the discoloration is almost completely gone! 3 nights! Usually my skin takes like a month for a pimple mark to disappear! This stuff may actually have magic powers. Extra stars! 7/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Gentle and soothing for irritated eczema‑prone skin
I bought this First Honey Manuka Cream to help calm my eczema flare‑ups, and it’s been great so far. The texture is rich but not greasy, and it absorbs well without stinging. It leaves my skin feeling soothed and moisturized, especially on dry patches. I like that it uses manuka honey and doesn’t have harsh fragrances. A really nice option for sensitive, irritated skin.

Natural Serenity in Gentle Restoration ✨️
First Honey’s Skin Therapy Cream embodies the kind of quiet luxury that doesn’t need to announce itself. The formula feels intentionally restrained — clean, elegant, and anchored by medical‑grade Manuka honey that lends a natural sense of calm from the moment it touches the skin. The texture is refined: smooth, lightweight, and quick‑absorbing, leaving behind a velvety finish that feels more like a treatment than a typical moisturizer. It excels at soothing irritation and bringing comfort to areas that need gentle attention. Redness softens, dry patches ease, and the skin settles into a more balanced state without any heaviness or residue. Its minimalist packaging mirrors the experience — understated, modern, and quietly confident. This is a product designed for those who appreciate thoughtful formulation and subtle effectiveness over flashiness. A beautifully composed cream that merges nature and science with grace, offering a calm, restorative experience that feels right at home in a curated skincare routine.

This stuff works!
I recently tried First Honey Manuka Honey Cream for dry, itchy, and irritated skin, and overall it delivers impressive results for such a small and affordable tube. The cream combines medical-grade Manuka honey with moisturizing and soothing ingredients like shea butter, panthenol (vitamin B5), and bisabolol to help calm and repair irritated skin. It’s marketed for conditions such as eczema, rosacea, psoriasis, dermatitis, and general dry skin, and it’s even labeled as safe for babies and toddlers. What really sold me was my personal experience. I had a persistent bug bite on the back of my leg from the summer that simply would not heal. It constantly itched, and I kept picking at it, which only made things worse. After using this cream on and off for about two weeks, I was honestly amazed—the sore finally healed. I can’t recommend this product enough. It worked exactly as promised and completely resolved an issue that nothing else seemed to help.

Smells funny BUT it works.
I’m giving this three stars because I don’t really love the smell unless I got a faulty tube. It smells almost like your grandmother’s expired hand, cream, or a lotion that has expired. I can’t really explain it. It’s thick and greasy and very moisturizing and it works for what I needed it for so that is a plus I will sometimes have a bit of itchiness or eczema like reaction on my sensitive skin and this worked pretty well for moisturizing. I love to keep this in my purse because it’s good for me or my toddler, especially in the cold winter months. I do love the way it moisturizers even if it smells a little weird it doesn’t feel greasy, but it feels buttery soft. I probably would not purchase this again, but it did work for what I needed it for. The only reason I say it’s not necessarily worth the money, and would not purchase again is because I am not a fan of the scent and it is a bit thick in application. You have to really rub it in because it will turn white but other than that it’s pretty good and it works well for my toddlers skin.

The only cream to heal my dermatitis!
I’ve struggled with dermatitis on my hands seasonly for a few years now but this year has been the worst. Through Vaseline, working hands, vanicream, steroids, hydrocortisone and other popular ones… no cream was working at all. This is the only cream that has not only worked but has rapidly healed my hands faster than I imagined. These pictures are exactly a month apart but I only started using manuka 4 days. If you struggle with this awful skin issue, try this cream. I use it at night, let it dry and yes it’s sticky but it’s worth it. Next morning just run cold water over them and pat them dry so a bit is left on them throughout the day and then repeat at night. Whoever invented this, THANK YOU. I hope your pillow is cold every night and your prayers are answered in every way.

This stuff works!
Within 1 application over 12 hours there was already a noticeable difference. Redness and irritation was at least 50% gone. Almost entirely cleared up within 24 hours. This was bought for my toddler whose eczema has flared up with the dry winter air. We have tried everything - all the creams and ointments. I was reading about the underlying causes of eczema, decided to try this, and it works incredibly well. As far as the stickiness, it’s not any worse than other lotions or ointments. We put it on after bath and then put pajamas on. It smells of lavender, which I love and seems soothing. The price is worth it, in my opinion. I will definitely recommend it to everyone I know.

healed severe dry cracked skin on hands
I am a caregiver who developed dry skin. Used all the lotions that say for severely dry cracking skin or healing. no luck. I developed a bad skin infection in my hands. I've been dealing with ky skin issue for about 18 months! they were so dry and painful, cracking and bleeding and seemed like a layer of skin was disappearing from my hands. first the PCP gave me a prescription cream which helped a little but not much. then the dermatologist put me on antibiotics for my skin infection and gave me a different prescription cream which helped a lot better but still didn't do it. maybe it would have helped more if I was not working but she wanted me to take a lot of time off from work to concentrate on my hands and I just couldn't do it. I did use the cream every night wearing cotton gloves and would try to put Vaseline on my hands during the day often as i was able to per dermatologist instructions. they actually wanted me to put Vaseline on every 4 hours and wear the cotton gloves. you can imagine this was hard to do with working or just living!! my hands just weren't completely healing and the skin in particular on my fingertips would keep cracking and bleeding. it was like having multiple paper cuts on my fingers and the skin was so sensitive, almost like I was missing a layer of skin. last week I remembered a client I used to see who would develope leg wounds and swore by something called Manuka honey. I googled it and looked around and saw a lot of expensive things but I stumbled on this small tube of Manuka Honey cream that was more affordable and decided to try it. after just 3 NIGHTS of using it and wearing my cotton gloves overnight I am seeing such a major difference. so much so that I have just ordered another tube because I don't want to run out of it. I really am hopeful that my hands will heal now and I just want to have it on hand for anything. this isn't a cream that will just absorb into your skin and be gone. it is thick and sticky and it has a little bit of an odor but I find it mostly pleasant. actually since it is working for me I am loving the smell! I wish I had remembered my former client and tried this when it first started happening but I am just thankful for now! I can't say enough about this cream!!!!!!!!

No more steroids
Bought a second tube because I wanted to wait and see if this cream was genuinely helping or just a one-time wonder. So far, so good. I only use this on my son’s facial eczema, especially around his eyes and cheeks, which has been very difficult to manage. His skin is extremely sensitive, possibly from using too much steroid cream in the past. With other products, he would often cry because they stung, and every application became a battle. Most of the time I’d give up before applying enough for the creams to work properly. This cream has been different. It’s gentle and doesn’t seem harsh on his skin, so he actually lets me apply it to his face. Sometimes I still add another moisturizer on top, but the biggest positive is that since using this product, I haven’t needed to use steroid creams on his face anymore.

Great for eczema
Used on 2 year old eczema which appeared on his face under eyes and on eye lids. Steroids didn't help or any other creams that we usually used so read that medical honey is good for it and it disappeared after a week of constant use. We are still using it there so it's not gonna come back but really recommend this product.

It’s an ok moisturiser
Seemed fine as a moisturiser. I got it for my psoriasis and I can’t really say it helped it recover.
