Can this do horizontal and vertical flipping?

I don't believe it can do that. It's pretty much just plug it and it works. No app or settings. I would recommend doing your flipping before you feed it thru the black magic unit.

Will this convert hdmi 1080p to hdmi 1080i?

This is not a hdmi converter. It can convert SDI to HDMI and viseversa.

小回りが効いて良い

いつも便利に使わせて頂いてます。 sdiからhdmi、hdmiからsdiの変換がそれぞれクロスで変換できるので信号の行って来てがこれ一台で完結できるのが神仕様だと思います。

クロスコンバートとスルー出力が良い

SDI、HDMI両方を入力でき、それをクロスコンバートして空いた出力からはスルーアウト出来るため、現場で急に対応できるように常に機材バッグに忍ばせている。また、AtemMiniでのシステムを組む時、ソースがSDIでもHDMIでもHDMIでAtemMiniに入力しつつ、各ソースをSDIでレコーダーに信号を回してISO（アイソ）することが出来て便利だ。
