Food for adult cats cats chicken with salmon 750g

My cats were excited about this new kibble and gobbled up the small tester portion I gave them as a treat after their regular dinner. But the high protein content was a bit strong for one of my cats and caused lose stool. It was so bad, I had to take him (long haired) to the groomer to clean and shave his hygiene area. I later frd him some pumpkin puree that remedies the issue. But now I'm nervous to feed with this brand again. No knock on the product per se. But the formula is too strong in some way for one of my cats. It is also the most expensive brand I've tried. I typically feed the "Instinct" brand. Instinct offers a high protein formula, so I may give that a try since my kitty is used to that formula. I really wanted to love this food, as it seems like a good quality option. I guess like most things, it can't be good for everyone.

My cats love this food , instantly when I changed to scrumbles and untamed for my cats the dry food especially I noticed a huge difference in their energy , more energy, less begging for food so obviously keeps them full as the ingredients are pure

The item it's self my cat loves it, However, I had it on a monthly repeat, ordered on the 18th and yet delivery was not until the 26th? my cat would be well out of food by that point. I can buy it now and have it here tomorrow so why does the repeat buyer have to wait a week??? There is not option to choose a delivery date or time when I would be in , just here a week later at some point?! Just another warning, I cancelled my repeat order and it went and cancelled my current order that was payed for and due to deliver??? why.. this system is all flawed. Other than these issues the item it's self is fine nothing special but my cat likes it, it was a different option for him.
