I believe that this compound has essentially eliminated my knee pain. I have been taking Osteo Bi-flex for quite some time for joint pain--I am 63. The story behind the Osteo-B is that I had been complaining to my wife about pain and she recommended I try it. Within three days I experienced a significant, noticeable improvement. When I finished the bottle I stopped taking it and after three days I felt like someone had beaten me with a bag of oranges! Needless to say that I got back on it in a hurry.About four months ago I began experiencing pain in my right knee. After completing my first bottle, I can say that I've have less joint discomfort than usual. However, because it was winter, I also haven't been as physically active as usual, so I'm not sure whether this deserves any credit.I do plan to keep taking it, so I guess that says something. If my joints hold up better, over the spring and summer than last year, then I'll try to update this review.
