Excellent Taste, Texture. Doesn't Turn to Mush
If you're gluten free, you know how hard it is to find really good pasta. If you don't eat corn or legumes, it's even harder to find. Jovial gluten free brown rice pasta is exceptional. I cook it for 1 minute longer than the package cook time suggests because it's still a bit too firm for my taste at that point. I love that these don't go from "too hard" to "instant mush" if you don't pull them at exactly the right time. And leftovers don't turn to mush in the fridge. Quality gluten free products aren't cheap, and this one is worth the price.

The absolute best tasting gluten free pasta on the market. We always keep Jovial pasta products in the pantry! The texture is nearly identical to "normal" pasta, and my family usually can't even tell the difference. I also love that the ingredients are clean .. Only rice and water. Highly recommend!

My favorite brand of gluten free pasta. Taste is perfect. Hardly know it wasn’t traditional pasta! I find this to be a very high quality product! Coke well, and evenly if the same amount of time as my other batch of standard pasta which helps when making two batches. Perfect!!
