Couldn’t even zip this onto my daughter without her freaking out that it was choking her. Quality of sewing not great as far as the neckline goes. It was a weird shape.

Ordered a 9/10 for my tall & thin 9 year old and it was too tight. Exchanging for the next size up and hopefully will be a better fit. The look is perfect though. Vibrant color
