low quality compared with Dell or even HP pc, Display subpar compared with other pc like apple, Samsung ,etc. No need to use a product so behind its time in 2021 even if you have to pay 20 or 30 bucks more for greater quality and easy on the eyes.

Fan on all the time. Bad Acer customer service.
CPU runs very hot, fan at high speed was on most of the time. Called to acer tech support, they first told me it's normal, then offered to ship it to their repair place in Texas, and it would take up to 10 days to diagnose and fix the issue. It's a brand new computer. I returned it with no issues. Thank you Amazon!
