Facial Cleanser Azelaic Acid Whip Cleanser

I’ve been using the MediCube Azelaic Acid Whip Cream Cleanser for about 1–2 months now, and I genuinely think this product is a miracle for my skin. I used to struggle with constant pimples, clogged pores, oily skin, uneven texture, and random breakouts almost every day. I first used the MediCube Zero Pore SA Capsule Cleanser to help get my acne under control, and now this Azelaic Acid cleanser has become my perfect maintenance cleanser because it’s much gentler while still being super effective. This cleanser makes my skin feel so smooth, clear, fresh, and balanced. My face no longer gets extremely oily just a few hours after washing. Instead, my skin feels hydrated with the perfect oil and moisture balance — not greasy, not dry, just healthy and soft. What I LOVE most is how gentle it is. Unlike stronger acne cleansers, this one doesn’t make my skin itchy, irritated, or overly dry. It even gives a nice cooling effect after washing, which feels amazing. The texture improvement has been incredible too. My skin is now so smooth that I’m starting to focus more on fading freckles and dark spots because my texture is finally clear enough for them to stand out more! I also use the MediCube Azelaic Acid Serum right after washing my face, and together they work amazingly well. Azelaic acid from MediCube has honestly been a total game changer for me. Other reasons I love this product: * Yuka-approved ingredients * No harmful ingredients * Very affordable * Large bottle lasts a long time * A little product creates so much foam * You can see results incredibly fast — I noticed improvements even after the first wash MediCube products completely changed my skin, and now they’re staples in my skincare routine. For the quality and results, I honestly think this is one of the best and most affordable skincare brands out there for oily and acne-prone skin.

At 52, post-menopausal, with dry and increasingly sensitive skin, I’m very careful with cleansers — especially ones that include active ingredients like azelaic acid. This one strikes that balance really well. I also use quite a few Medicube products, including the Medicube Age-R Pro device, so I was especially interested in trying this cleanser. I’ve had consistently good experiences with the brand, and this fits right in with the rest of what I’ve tried — gentle, thoughtful, and easy to use daily. Even though this contains azelaic acid, this is a very gentle cleanser. The foam is soft and cushiony, and it cleans thoroughly without leaving my skin tight or dry. My skin feels comfortable after rinsing, which is something I always pay attention to, especially when using a cleanser with actives. Over time, what I notice most is that my skin looks calmer and more balanced. This isn’t an overnight results type of product — and I actually prefer that in a cleanser. Instead, it’s the kind of cleanser that supports your skin day after day. My skin looks more even, and I’ve noticed less redness, especially when my skin is feeling more reactive. The texture is also very nice. It foams easily but still has enough cushion to feel gentle on the skin. It also feels lightweight — never heavy or filmy — and it rinses clean without residue. After cleansing, my skin feels fresh and comfortable, not tight. I also appreciate that, for a foaming cleanser, this one is surprisingly non-drying and slightly moisturizing. My skin feels soft after rinsing, and I don’t feel the need to immediately apply moisturizer to relieve dryness, which often happens with foaming cleansers. Fragrance-wise, this is also well done. The scent is light and clean, and it doesn’t linger after rinsing. I’m cautious about fragrance because my skin can be sensitive, and this didn’t cause any irritation or discomfort. It feels subtle and not overpowering. In terms of skin compatibility, this works very well with the rest of my routine. I use devices like the Age-R Pro and stronger serums, so I don’t want my cleanser to be aggressive. This one supports my skin without interfering with other products, and I’ve had no issues using it both morning and night. It’s also consistently gentle, even when my skin is feeling more sensitive. I’ve had no redness, tightness, or dryness after using it, which is something I really value — especially at this stage, when maintaining the skin barrier matters more than ever. This is not a heavy-duty treatment cleanser, and that’s actually one of its strengths. It’s more of a steady, supportive cleanser that helps maintain calm, balanced skin over time — especially for mature or sensitive skin.

OMG!! I have struggled with an oily/ combination skin all my life. By the end of the day, my face would be slick and greasy. I saw results after the first use. I had terrible blackheads and cystic acne. Because of my oily skin, I had larger pores also.My personal experience, it's worth the money. It has reduced the appearance of my pores, hardly any blackheads, less oily skin, improved texture. It has only been 3 days using morning and night. My face did kind of dry out just a little but nothing extreme. I only use a tiny amount and this stuff just foams up and grows. Directions are easy to follow. Use sparingly. My face feels smoother, evening out skin tone. I mean, Wow. I'm impressed. I did break out a little bit the first couple of days but that's just the product lifting all the dirt out I'm sure. Medium strength my skin isn't very sensitive though. I'm not getting paid for this review btw. Just very satisfied. 10/10 would recommend.

I've been using the medicube Azelaic Acid Whip Cleanser 5 nights a week for over 8 weeks. I have oily skin, so I was hoping it would help control excess sebum while also supporting my hyperpigmentation routine. The first few times I used it, I experienced some burning and stinging. I reduced the amount to about a rice-sized amount, and once my skin adjusted, I gradually increased it to a pea-sized amount without the same level of discomfort. Even though it contains fragrance, I actually like the scent. The cleanser is quite thick, and it can be a little difficult to squeeze out of the tube because you have to apply some pressure. A pea-sized amount creates a nice lather, although it doesn't produce a lot of visible foam. If you prefer a cleanser that gets really foamy, this may not be for you. One downside is that it leaves my skin feeling a little dry and stripped after cleansing. It also doesn't do a great job removing makeup or sunscreen on its own. I usually double cleanse on days when I wear either, using this as my second cleanser. Overall, it's not a bad cleanser, but I haven't noticed enough benefits to make me feel like I need to repurchase it. It gets the job done, but for my oily skin, the slight dryness and lack of makeup/sunscreen removal make it more of a "just okay" product for me.

This is an amazing cleanser! The whipped texture feels soft and creamy, and it leaves my skin feeling clean and refreshed without making it feel overly dry or tight. I love that it feels soothing and gentle enough for daily use while still giving my skin a thorough cleanse. A great addition to my skincare routine, especially for skin that needs a little extra calming care! I love all medicube products!

I love this cleanser! I've started collecting the Medicube products for my daily skin care. I will be buying this again when I'm out. It has a smooth texture and a decent light smell. It has helped with my large pores and oily skin. Great value for the type of product.

This stuff is fine, but not my favorite. I haven’t noticed a difference in my skin since I started using it. It definitely gives you a deep clean, but the texture and smell are really strange. I kinda hate the smell. The texture is okay once you get used to it, you just have to really work it into a lather with your fingers first.

The consistency is quite thick and less than a pea size amount is enough at a time. The consistency becomes into a rich thick foam and stringy, similar to few other Korean products, once you mix it in your palms with water. It is non-irritating on the skin and I haven’t seen any benefits after 1 month of use. But it does a good job as a cleanser.
